The self check elderly lady was a little salty. Well, a lot of salty. Anyway, checking out at 8:15 pm and some items weren't ringing in right and she said "Damn bastards!." Okay. Add to that her first comment to us was "Do you have coupons?" We said, "No.". Then she proceeded with "You can only use 4 at a time!." "Yeah, thanks. We don't have coupons." Weird. Then one of my daughters realized that she lost her wallet. She was unwilling to help and unconcerned. I finally was irritated and said "At least take her number so you can call if you find it!" Her grandson in the meat department was equally salty. I dare you to watch the footage and post on here so people can see the type of employees that Kroger hires at the location.

Complaint line takes forever. Sterling Ridge pharmacist called to "verify" that we were transferring my husband's Rx to HEB. Excuse me? Do you think HEB would just call you up out of the blue and randomly request an Rx transfer? Get real! The Doctor called in these meds yesterday morning. They weren't ready last night. They STILL weren't not ready this morning. HE NEEDS THEM!!!!! He's told they won't be ready until this evening as they are "in process". Are you joking? Nope! Good customer service would've had them ready in 5 minutes, not delay again and again. You're not busy; there's no line at all. That's too long and ridiculous. When I relayed our reason to switch to HEB, the Pharmacist HUNG UP ON ME IN MID SENTANCE! That's just fine. We will no longer patronize Kroger at all as this is just one of many things that have become so irritating in recent months. Your sales are too complicated to take advantage of, I've been overcharged too many times, the app is difficult,.... so we're just DONE. HEB is crushing Kroger in every way and you all seem least bothered by it.Update: The Pharmacist called us at 12:45pm to verify that we requested RX TRANFER to HEB. It's 2:15pm and HEB is reporting that she has just now faxed them over. WHY?!??!???? HEB called her before she called us! An hour and a half??? OmG... STILL WE WAIT ✋️ thanks Kroger!!!

RX called in by hospital went to Kroger hours later. Pharmacy was not busy no reason it wasn't done., Husband just had major surgery. Pharmacist assumed she knew more than the doc and reduced amount prescribed so that it now lasts 2 days instead of 10.. Rude and condescending. Switch all future prescriptions to CVS or Walgreens. Would give a 0 if I could.

Doctor called in a prescription for my son on Friday and on Sunday Feb 7th at lunch time i got a call from the pharmacy that i needed to update my insurance card, which i said no problem, when i come in to pick up my sons medicine i will update it. The lady insisted I do it now, to which I explained to her I was in a restaurant and would rather just stop by later and knock it out once I get notified that my order is ready and also, why is it taking so long, it has been almost 3 days. She said there is no problem and the drug IS IN stock, but she wanted the insurance card before she fills it. This obviously frustrated me, I explained I was eating after church with my family and also, it didn't matter what insurance covers or doesn't because I still need the proscription for my child. She became more rude and said Kroger does things their way and maybe I should go somewhere else, and of course by this time I was totally flustered by this person wrecking my peaceful Sunday with my kiddos and trying to force me into something I still don't understand. Monday, Feb 8th I went in and they informed me they would not be getting my proscriptions in stock anymore and I need to go somewhere else. They also told me they called my doctor and told them that my son had to get it somewhere else, but they have not and so of course my son still does not have my medicine from Friday. I will never use Kroger on Research again, but to attack me, who knows why, because I am a Christian or maybe American Indian. I don't know, but this is not what I expect. HEB gladly helped and didn't force me to come in and give them an insurance card in person before helping. I have been getting this medicine for 3 years or more by the way, so it wasn't new.

Pretty average Kroger nothing too krazy but theu did have some great sales on red meat and frozen pizza. The parking lot wasnt too bad and currently theu are closong at 10pm during the COVID-19 Pandemic. The only complaint I had was the restrooms seems to be single person use as when my daughter trued to use one and the door was locked.... fairly odd for a grocery store. The only other conplaint is back in the meat and seafood area there was a horrible smell in the area and it wasn't the typical smell of seafood that you normally encounter, it smelled like a port-a-potty that was full and hand been cleaned out in months. I seriousky thought I was going to throw up while walking throught that are of the store.

OMG. Some people are so selfish. The Covid 19 is not going to end the world. There was nothing left...I did get my snack sized bags and the tea I drink a gallon a day of. Found Frozen Salmon, got it and packaged Eddy's sausage which is very good by the way. This is not Kroger's fault, it's the ignored signs saying remember others need to purchase. Please limit your purchases. They said people are stealing items and they are so busy they can't go run out and do anything about it....feel so sorry for them at this time.

I've had the same strange experience twice now at this Kroger branch on woodlands parkway in the sterling ridge shopping center. Let me know if this has happened to you. I do my shopping and when I check out, I put my card in the slot and all it wants me to do , is enter my PIN number. Ok, I did it......then the checker hands me the receipt and $60.00 cash. I did not enter cash back, & don't want any cash back. The cashier rudely tells me I did it. She says I must go to customer service to fix it. The first time this happened, I couldn't tell if this was a shell game or not. I lost some money on that and should have shopped elsewhere, but have always liked Kroger's grocery stores, so being an older person, I figured I must be wrong and I should trust that this wouldn't happen. Well, now it's happened again. I'm finished with this location.

The only review that matters. Mine. Kroger is better than the other grocery stores. Smarter.

I have to call multiple times to get my prescription filled here every time. For example, my doctor calls in the Rx on Monday at 12 p.m. (I have a notification whenever the doctor does it) and then on Tuesday at 12 p.m., I call the pharmacy to see if they have it ready. They tell me that they do not but they can 'try to push me to the front of the list.' Then I call again 4 hours later and they say they will try to push me to the front of the list. Then I call the next day and they tell me they do not have the medication in stock (why wasn't that mentioned during the other 3 phone calls?). I ask how much time in advance do I need to try to get my doctor to send the Rx in order to get it? They could not answer. I tell them that I'm use to it only taking up to 24 hours at other pharmacies and I am just trying to figure out and they tell me they do not know. The staff seem unhappy and not customer service focused. Maybe they are just too busy. Either way, I'm going elsewhere in the future.

Very poor customer services. There is a lady manager in the Deli department was very unprofessional, rude, and didn't want to help the customer just because she was doing something else. Very disappointed during my shopping at this location, I would never go back to Kroger because there are so many other choices for shopping my groceries.

Disgusting smoke filled entrance that permeates the businesses around it. They have allowed smoking areas all around the entrance and it is ALWAYS filled with people just sitting around smoking for hours. The whole area reeks and I can't even go into nearby businesses without the smoke enveloping me
