I scheduled an appointment for a covid test and waited an hour just for them to tell me they didn't have the test

Customer service here is horrible. Called multiple times yesterday, waited on hold, and then hung up on.For my daughters prescription this location was out of the 30 ml bottles (needed two for a total of 60mls) and they only filled two 15 ml bottles. The frustrating part is that the 15 ml bottle is the same price as the 30 ml bottle and per the pharmacist when we realized their mistake every Walgreens near by has the 30 ml bottle but they didn’t disclose that till I asked. Ripping customers off.

Don't, just don't! This pharmacy is dreadful. They caused me a medical issue that sent me to the doctor because they couldn't manage to fill my prescription after the 5 days they had to fill it. Inept and don't care.

*updated to reflect bad rating*Seems like owner should put their name on the store instead. Was more like a run down tobacco-less CVS.

This pharmacy used to be one of the best before corporate took it over. Now I cannot get a prescription filled the same day or get them filled before vacation. They say it's too soon and then they text you the next day (after you are out of town) to say they are ready. It takes at least 3 days to get a prescription filled, which is not good customer service. Then you pick up your prescription and it is in a huge bottle which could hold 3 times as many as what is in the bottle. Too busy giving shots to take care of customers.

This used to be my favorite Walgreens throughout the entire state of Texas but not anymore. This location has gone downhill after Jennifer, Adrianna and Ryan left this location. I really miss my favorite team but now I understand why they all left. This location also has a high turnover rate of Pharmacists. It's pretty pathetic now. My latest experience at this location: I went there on Sunday (11/6/22) right after 2pm to get a refill on a medication that I really needed. The male named Ray who input the refill in the computer told me he was backed up with given other patients flu shots so I would have to come back on Monday morning to pick up my prescription. They only had about 4 customers waiting on flu shots. I informed Ray that I really needed my medication because I ran out and I told him I could come back in 3 hours. He became loud & rude and said I told you I can't get it ready today at all so I spoke to the store manager (Gregory) and told him the situation. The store manager stated they should have told you to come back within an hour or give you a few tablets to hold you until Monday. The store manager informed me to contact his supervisor name, Kayla. I spoke with Kayla over the phone and she assured me that she would speak to Ray about his conduct and she promised me that she would call me Monday afternoon to rectify the issue which turned out to be a lie. Kayla is a bold face liar because she never contacted me at all as she promised. Why is Kayla a manager in the Pharmacy department? It's quite obvious that Kayla is lacking good customer service skills. When I was finally able to pick up my prescription Kayla gave me medicine from a bottle that was sitting on the shelf for months if not years. I asked to see the bottle. Kayla took forever to find the bottle. Kayla stated another patient didn't pick it up but the medication is still good. Kayla offered to give me something else from a different manufacturer but I ask her what was the side effects of a different brand. Kayla stated I don't know anything about side effects. At that point, Kayla should have allowed me to speak to the Pharmacist regarding the side effects. She didn't know what to do which proves my point that Kayla is not competent enough to be a manager. I ended up leaving the Pharmacy with old medication with no idea of the expiration date. I'm considering contacting my attorney and corporate to figure this mess out since Kayla lied to me about calling me back to resolve the issue. Very disappointed.

I wish I could put minus (-) stars on this place. It really sucks, attention is terrible and they don't care about your time or if you are a patient. There is a blonde haired guy at the Pharmacy department that is literally a turd! Hope he gets fired soon!

Made an appt. for a vaccine and had to wait 45 minutes despite filling out everything online. They had to manually put in all my information AGAIN and then I also had fill out a form. Very inefficient system. CVS is WAY better; I will go there in the future. The 2 stars are for the employees who are wonderful and professional (they deserve 5 but the process deserves 0).

Worst Walgreens ever! The don't even deserve one star. I waited in the drive through line for more than 15 minutes to pick up my prescription. When it was my turn, they close the window and told me they are in break time now. they didn't care how long you have been waiting. This place don't know what is call customer service!

My initial visit was pleasant. However at pickup I guess it was rush hour. The older lady at the window was not pleasant at all. I wont even get into it just disappointed. Sucks I'm from out of town and will now have to try another pharmacy.

The doctor called in the prescription. My mom has cancer & diabetes "Lydia" became very short with me when I provided the information they needed. Keeping a sick women without medication because you need to know "how many times she's tested a day, which I already provided. Hilda was filling the prescription dident bother telling me how the call went to the doctors team and kept me waiting. This is really sad that Walgreens is treating patients that way when the order was clearly sent in by the doctor stating she needed testing strips. My mom needs antibiotics by IV at 5PM today. It takes an hour to come to room temp before administration. Her meds will now be late due to the negligence of this staff. I take her health very seriously and this is completely unacceptable... if I was notified information was missing and the call dident go well I would have called the doctor immediately.. instead I'm waiting here ignored. I hope this place learns how to treat customers.... They stated my Dr. Needed to call a number and the number they gave him stated the pharmacy was closed... They finally called my Dr. a direct call and it was worked out in a couple minutes.... This should not have taken over an hour........ I'm also contacting the board of directors regarding this incident.
