Mercedes Jackson was very kind and patient. She drove me and my husband around to look at the property since our daughter (possible future tenant) was not available. We could not have asked for anyone better.

I appreciate you fixing the maintenance problem in my unit. It took a little longer than expected, which I assume was due to the cold weather we had in Houston during those days. The management addressed my request as quickly as they could.
