Horrible manager. She was refusing to honor the return policy listed on B&BW website..she acted like she was doing me a favor on an even exchange on new product with a receipt. This made no sense. I've never had an issue at any other locations.

My FAVORITE store, I just want to buy everything! ? UGH!!! THE STRUGGLE IS VERY REALOnly thing is I don't like "seasonal" cause they have so much that's my favorite and it's always "seasonal" then when they finally do bring it back they change the packaging and the product!! UGH!!! Another struggle.....I do love this place

I went into bath and body works looking for hand soaps and shower gel. The one body wash I wanted was no longer available. Jana who is an employee there helped me out. We tried several scents that were very nice. She helped direct me on what I may like in place of the one I was in search of. I purchased 7 hand cleaners and a body wash that has an amazing scent. Thanks Jana for your help . I appreciate it. Jana also signed me up for a program so I can be notified of special events or sales. ??? That’s what I like when I walk into a store looking for specific items. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wasn’t a fan of the customer service I wasn’t greeted at the door nor did they tell me the savings they had that day. They were all just standing around talking to each other but when other customers came in they were greeted nicely Im not sure why I didn’t get the same interaction maybe cause I had my kids with me.
