Our experience with Pro Dunk was by far different than those listed on their website….but then again, they don’t allow you to write a review on their website. I wonder why? We purchased a Pro Dunk basketball hoop for our grandchildren to use when they visit. The backboard shattered and when we called the company to inquire about the warranty. THEY DID NOT STAND BY THEIR WARRANTY.
The backboard was in a million pieces and had been put in a dumpster. They wanted us to send the backboard to them. When we explained that it shattered and had already been discarded, they just kept repeating that they needed it to be sent to them. Even though we sent them several photos of the broken back board.
We ended up purchasing another backboard, the spacers provided with the new backboard were larger than the original spacers. Otherwise a good product if nothing goes wrong. PRO DUNK IS NOT A COMPANY WHO STANDS BY THEIR WARRANTY! PLEASE BE AWARE.

Ordered the Thor Diamond with Rust Armor. Great product! Great installation videos! Had ZERO issues installing… and actually was way easier than I expected. The product is super stout. I had a minor issue with the court stencil… really not a big deal… just simply the delivery guy could have warned that the stencil box should be stored inside away from humidity otherwise the cardboard will warp. However, I called pro dunk and spoke to Ryan… there were no questions asked he simply said a new one will be shipped tomorrow. I’m very appreciative of pro dunk. The system definitely impresses and the lighting is fantastic!

Pro Dunks is a Class act, they were always helpful and kept me up to date on what was going on. They also have Awesome product and really take care in their customer service. I would definitely refer them to everyone.

Great Product, Terrible Installation ExperienceAfter the backboard shattered in a manner not covered by warranty (bird or something impacted and spidered the glass), I purchased a replacement backboard and paid to have it installed by Pro Dunk. Prompt service from Zach and Ryan all the way around.Install was a disaster, though. I wasn't home when they arrived and my wife told them where to go. They assured her that they didn't need anything else. After not saying anything before leaving, my wife asked me to go back and see if everything was installed correctly. There were pieces of glass and aluminum shavings and shrapnel (very large and tiny) all over the key of the court. There was also a couple hunks of silicone along with a nut and a couple washers for good measure. Customer service was apologetic. 1:30pm but their crew was done for the day and couldn't send anyone to clean up their mess. Solution was for me to clean it up (because there was no way I could tell my young kids to avoid their own backyard for 2.5 days and no one with a broom was available until Monday) and refund the install cost. Also sent the guys back out the following Monday to make sure install was done correctly and that the extra pieces weren't actually needed .There were also specific instructions to enter through the delivery gate of our property (wider entry and direct unimpeded access to the basketball court. These instructions were not followed on install day. When I asked the crew about why they didn't follow the instructions (after I was assured twice that they would and that the instructions were there), the response was "No way, why would I do that? I'm not going to break my back." We are talking about dollying down a wide sidewalk and going through a double wide gate vs. zigzagging across black star gravel and traversing pavers spaced with gravel in my landscaping. They were completely unapologetic for any of it as well, to the point where I had to unceremoniously ask them to leave my property.The product is great. The owner and people working the phones are great. The install team and the experience with them was poor and disrespectful of my property.

We purchased our Pro Dunk Hoops Platinum System a couple of years ago and we are as happy today with our purchase as we were when initially purchased. The quality of our system was not exaggerated. It adjusts perfectly for all of the ballers in the family. We just recently decided to purchase the custom lock and the customer service was as excellent as it was when we purchased our system. Customer Service after the sale is extremely important to me. Shipping was outstanding for the system and the lock. If we sell our home, our basketball court and Pro Dunk Hoops Basketball System will definitely be a selling point. Pro Dunk Hoops continues to impress. Thank You!

Very disappointed in pro dunk hoops. Called a couple days ago and talked to Keith. He took my name and number down and was supposed to call me back. I had to call him back. The installation guy for pro dunk wanted 600 to 750 for installation. Goalsetter is 199 for all hoops now. Thats not even competitive. Keith told me more or less to go with Goalsetter.

We had a great experience buying our hoop - easy, and straight to the point. Our installation was equally smooth, we had PDH's preferred installer come out and they did a great job, and were a pleasure to work with. After many hours of hard use, we finally had an issue with our hoop, that was actually our own fault, but when I called PDH for help they actually offered to provide a one time replacement as a customer service credit. I was almost stunned to read the email, but am happy to report that customer service does still exist! I would highly recommend ProDunk Hoops to anyone interested in a quality equipment and great service all the way though!!

We have had our Pro Dunk hoop for over 2 years, and it has been great. Very sturdy and high quality. However, about a week ago, our goal stopped going above 9 feet. I was frustrated and prepping myself for a call to customer service, sure I’d get a run-around about my goal being too old, or telling me I needed to buy some expensive replacement part. Boy was I WRONG!! I called Pro Dunk on Monday morning and immediately connected a kind customer service rep named Ryan. As I’m telling him about my problem he was apparently looking up my order by my phone number and just as I finished telling him about the issue, he was ready with my order number and told me to send an e-mail to
[email protected] with pictures of my goal from several angles and customer service would diagnose and respond quickly. Quickly, was lighting speed! Within an hour of my sending my e-mail they had replied and shipped out a replacement part free of charge and sent me my UPS tracking number. The part is set to arrive less than 7 business days from when I made the call. That is GREAT customer service and I would highly recommend Pro Dunk to any/all looking for an extremely high quality product. A company with service like that, who stands behind their product is hard to come by these days! Thank you Pro Dunk!
