Spent $700 and they won’t email me back with an update on my order. They say they don’t see an order under my name. They are complete scammers, stay away. They won’t answer their phones, and just keep me on hold.

Do not get branded team uniforms from this company. We were forced to go through soccer factory for team uniforms. I ordered a new kit in November 2023 intended for a Christmas gift and to keep my son warm in winter. We got a pair of shorts in February, then a shirt. I decided to cancel the rest of order as my son size has changed and soccer team.
They have never reimbursed me. I have called, gotten angry , emailed . Now I'm just over it. I am over companies that hide behind Jesus. They are fakers. Nothing holly about this company. I tried to issue a refund through bank. Chase said transaction was so long ago can't help me.
I sent another email. All I requested was 73.00 for the jumpsuit. Excluded taxes etc. They replied and said check in the mail. It's been a month and no check in the mail. Dont do your team a disservice and order team uniforms from them .
*update 6/30/2024 soccer factory reached out after this review and issued a refund for the 73.00.

Love the kids they hire here! Constantly kind and helpful but most importantly knowledgeable. Their prices are crazy!! But! We still come back and search thru the sales.

All I can say is WOW! I had a vision of what I wanted my jersey to look like and they nailed it spot on. Our jerseys look AMAZING and I can't wait for my players to see them!! Great quality jerseys that look absolutely amazing. I will be ordering my jerseys from them from now on!
