The mobile app for depositing checks is a joke if done after 4pm takes 48 hours to post never use this again warning everyone. Service is hit or miss in lobby.

this bank is so incompetent. when I first opened it they held my paychecks for a week before depositing, the reason was completely stupid and made no sense. I set up my account with overdraft protection and it somehow was taken off without my knowledge. the location that my account officer works at goes without power far to often and I can never actually talk to someone in charge. with all that being said I will be banking somewhere else very soon.

Love this location. I mean, all of their locations are great, but this one ESPECIALLY. Gracie used to help me out at another location, but now that she's at this location, its the one I go to, even though it's farther away from my house. Gracie always goes above and beyond to help me out whenever I've needed to close or open accounts, or when I've had issues that needed to be sorted.I've banked other places before, but ASB tises above them all, and this location in particular is the best.

The customer service and friendliness of the employees is incredible! I'm always greeted with a smile, and I feel valued every time I walk in the door. They handle my business account. Their online support is exceptional. They go the extra mile!
