The absolute worst been sitting in a dock for 6 Plus hours with the reefer blowing at -10 with the doors open. Go in an ask is there a problem with the load is there anything I can do???? The lady inside would only say will call you when it's unloaded. All it is doing is ruining my loads for the rest of the weekend. Absolutely no excuse for this!!!

Best advice - refuse loads to this receiver. It will cost you your whole day waiting for unload. Seriously I guess Brookshires does not even care. Pick a different load.

More than bad, this place has begun to become dangerous because when unloading the trailer it seems as if they broke the product on purpose, and they reject the load even when it is in perfect condition, they don't even let you speak, they take you out of the office and call you to security.
Avoid this place at all costs.

Very Rude and Unprofessional.. they will blame everyone but them.. came to unload 10 pallets and messed up the whole load expend 6 hours to unload for CHARGED $250 TO RESTOCK . When they did the mess .. but they would shut your mouth and won't let you complain.
Trailer load came like this ended up like that .. now I might get rejected at Walmart

A horrible experience to say the least. 7am appointment and they move so slow in and out the trailer. This place needs to step it up 👆 because drivers have other appointments and on a CLOCK while ya'll clock 🕒 out to go home. In which the driver has to make up for time lost here. My opinion is use caution ⚠when coming here. Hopefully it doesn't happen to you. Just to add the girl that works in receiving is rude as all get out. Being rude to all drivers isn't necessary I understand folks have bad days but won't get great reviews at this rate.
