Room was good, shower is good, hotel has two elevators which is a plus. Did not try the breakfast here. I would stay here again if I come back this way.

Close to UT Health. Rooms were so nice and so clean. Breakfast was wonderful. Biscuits and sausage gravy, cinnamon rolls, pancakes, eggs, turkey sausage, reg sausage links, potatoes, yogurt, juice, milk and chocolate milk, coffee and creamer, plus more! Really enjoyed our stay. No Jacuzzi but a really nice indoor pool and workout room and sauna!

The staff were very helpful at checking, The room was clean, comfy, and quiet. The breakfast options were good.

Do not stay in this hotel! The maid will plant fake evidence in your room after checkout forcing them to not return your deposit!! They planted a cigarette in the room and me nor my husband smoke cigarettes! They are liars and thieves! Do not waste your money!!

Traveling on Wednesday 22nd of may, large storm came through the area and caused us to be delayed by a couple of hours. Before we got there they canceled our room, no calls just an email. When we called on a phone not connected to my Ihg account (also didn’t give our name) they claimed they tried to call 6 times to ask if we were coming, no calls received, they also claimed they have the right to cancel if you don’t check in before 6pm if they are close to full.I have stayed at this holiday inn a number of times in the past, each time I have always checked in past 10pm and have never had an issue. I will never stay here again the person on the phone was extremely rude and made us feel like it was our fault for the cancelation, once we got another room in Jacksonville Texas we checked and our room was reposted on the Ihg app at a much higher rate than we had originally reserved.If you choose to stay here make sure you check in before 6pm or else you will risk not having a room unless you decide to pay more on a relisted room.

Re: To your responding to this problem .MY COMPANY WAS VERY MUCH READY TO ACCOMADATE ME BUT YOUR FRONT OFFICE GUYS AS I STATED BEFORE SAID" YES WE CAN GIVE YOU A LATE CHECKOUT " after I'd called multiple times as for my husband and I in the room it was already paid for because my CREDIT CARD WAS CHARGED prior to me getting there after I'd spoken with a front desk staff , bankstatements can prove this for I get alerts and for you to respond with clean mattresses we video The room before and after we left to make sure you all don't try to blame customers for ANYTHING ..Like SAID BEFORE IT Could HAVE BEEN HANDLE CORRECTLY and my head office manager spoke with me and said * and I quote " They are ripoffs that's them trying to get more out of our staff that is booked there..mind you she books all our events ..don't come for me if I didn't speak with you personally .Gerard & Tracy are the worst and should be train on how to handle anything instead of telling false information Lije I stared your lucky tou have a 1 star @ 12:27 Thursday May 23, 2024The room I had was dirty .My company booked this reservation through a third party but they charged my credit card first for an additional night due to miscommunication with my company .The charges were already taken off credit card .They stated for incidentals.I would never have picked this hotel . They have dirty mattresses..I took pictures of this to show my company that booked these rooms for us. Yuck ? I have membership with IHG but me personally would have gone to another hotel.Front desk lied about communication they had with my company .I called customer care but they used the staff of the hotel..called my credit card company to dispute charges I was told by another staff member there..never ever again will I recommend my company to get anyone to go here rip offs

Common areas are newly updated with new carpet, paint and furniture. There is the smell of mold and mildew in the halls and rooms. Old and outdated rooms. Comfy bed, nice breakfast. Bathrooms are outdated and water is either really hot or cold. We had a fan in the bathroom that squealed all night. The coffeemaker in the room didn’t make coffee. The business center was a storage room with boxes stacked in it.

Rooms were nice and clean, the breakfast could’ve been better. Selection was limited and not very flavorful. The beds were typical hotel beds, could’ve been more comfortable.

Great staff. Heated indoor pool was fun. Saw it cleaned Sunday morning and towels were always stocked. Pool area closes late as well, sauna is not hot enough but nice they had one.We enjoyed watching the automated pancake machine and having hot breakfast offerings (eggs, biscuit & gravy, sausages, etc) in the morning.

As always, IHG has very nice facilities. While it's an older hotel, they decor had been updated. Our room was clean and the bed comfortable. They served a nice breakfast. Recommend.

Nice place. I was a little disappointed that I paid extra for a jet tub and the jets didn't work. We still enjoyed the big tub. I ll stay there again.

Great... its close to downtown walking distance to a bunch of food stores dollar general, dollar tree, Walmart... front desk lady Tracy was super welcoming and friendly...
