I tried here because OYO is advertised as pet friendly. When I asked about getting a room the woman at the front desk said no pets.If you're not pet friendly, don't advertise as such.

Don’t stay there they would steal from you!!!!I would put cero stars if there was an option but definitely my staying here was awful since we got there. The lady upfront was rude asking for a $50 deposit in cash and the room was all dirty the toilet was not clean and there was hair all around, the carpet had stains all over and the lights didn’t work. At the time to check out, there was no one and there’s a phone you call and tell you have come at 9 if you want your deposit back.When I got back for my deposit they told me there was a missing towel and they would take $10 out of my deposit. And I wouldn’t even consider taking one of their discounting towels. A friend of mine was staying there too and did the same thing to her, when she realized we knew each other she gave the deposit. And when I was leaving the lady upfront insulted me calling me a “B*tch”.Don’t stay there they would steal from you!!

The hotel was closed for renovations after we booked it. We received an email about 6 hours before arrival. Since we were driving we did not notice the email. Had to look all over town to find another room. They charged us a cancellation fee for something they did. We called customer support and they claimed it would be refunded in 1 to 2 hours. If it was cancelled 6 hours earlier why is still taking 1 to 2 hours and a phone call to get our money back? Look elsewhere

Made our reservation 3 days in advance. Pull up to the hotel and the parking lot is empty. There's a sign on the door saying they are not accepting any reservations and to drop off mail at the super 8 across the road. So now we have no hotel after driving 6 hours and no rooms available within 45 minutes.

If you pay more than 30 dollars for your room you are paying too much. Rooms are run down and have a dirty odor. Toad noise outside is EXTREMELY LOUD. TV remote didn't work. Staff was very nice

If I could give 0 stars I would, there was mold there and they refused to give me another room. Then when I showed them the pictures I took of the mold they finally offered me a refund and that was back in august in when hurricane laura hit and it's December and I still never received my refund... they keep telling me to wait. My bank has now had to get involved.

This is an inexpensive hotel period. It's clean and easy to get to and the rooms are comfortable. Okay WiFi and TV if you are so inclined. There is no breakfast served but you are close enough to get some before traveling. I'll stay there next month when I go to Tyler.

The lady at the front desk , April I believe is her name and her boss were great. April went above and beyond her duty to make sure we were accommodated after just getting in from working and driving several hours. The house keeper was a sweet heart as well. Made sure we all had clean towels and linens if needed. The OYO on Lindale was right the opposite. The front desk lady was rude and couldn't care less whether or not we had a room or not. So if your ever in Tyler I definitely recommend THIS OYO , not the other one. They are having some renovations but the rooms are still clean and comfortable for the price.

Well, we got booked 2 queen rooms. For 6.nights and it's a mistake.... rooms weren't ready yet. Bedsheets are dirty , trash from the previous occupant were still there, cockcroach on the floor. Don't have towels ready, bedsheets and covers just filed up on the tables?..Not going to book it again.! It's a joke.

I hate giving bad reviews, this place really took the cake. There was some kind of splatter on the TV screen. The door did the bathroom had stains on it of some kind of fluid, and I'm not meaning cleaning fluid. We ended up not staying the night.

Ms Kathy and Candace are very nice. They both always helpful whenif I need anything to make my stay better. Always polite and helpful. My room was clean and pleasant. Dated but nice.

Made reservations on Monday night as we'd be evacuating Tuesday from Hurricane Laura. I called ahead because we were going to be late to check in due to traffic. They assured me that I could check in late and our rooms would still be available. When we got there after six hours on the road, they told us that they had overbooked and that our rooms weren't available, which left my family and pets with no place to go. They also charged my credit card even though they had to cancel our resevations and I'm having a very difficult time getting a refund.

The roof is black and moldy. The room is using the trash cans to hold water. They charged an additional 70 dollars for a deposit that I won't get back for 7 to 10 days. DO NOT go here and do not use hotwire to book any hotels. This place needs to be black listed.

Super friendly desk clerk. Was willing to change rooms.... no heat/ac in the room we reserved. Old musty and smoke filled in our "NON smoking room". Was our last resort for a room,, and will be our last stay
