hey guys! retail manager of another store here. Walked in the shoe section expecting no one to help me as per usual at sports stores these days. and to my surprise a wonderful associate by the name of Judy came up and helped me so enthusiastically it made me feel so much more welcome and excited to make my purchase. We need more Judys in customer service! (this was around 11:20 on monday the 23rd of september)

Went to buy a driver today and Zero that you could actually try. I can’t see giving 4-6 hundred dollars for a club you cant try. You can do better than this. Left without spending any money

Judy in the shoe department was amazing she is super knowledgeable, extremely friendly, and truly goes above and beyond. We need more Judy’s in the world please give this lady a raise or promotion she’s definitely earned it

Great store always clean and can find some name brands that aren’t always at the other sports stores.. sometimes a little pricier than other stores though.. I’m able to earn points and get coupons with them, which is nice.

Went in looking for a new golf club set....nothing available for a lefty like me. I was able to get a feel for the clubs I was interested in so that a plus. Overall, a good experience just disappointed there aren't many options for left handers in store.
