From the moment you drive in to the moment you drive out, you will enjoy your experience at Douglass Nissan of Waco. The waiting area is comfortable and even has a workstation where I can catch up / continue with my work. If you have a chance to meet Britton, you will understand why we venture from College Station to Waco for all our Service needs.

Nissan Of Waco helped make my life so much easier. Randall Glass helped me pick out the best style of car for my family. Reasonable deal and super easy transaction! I couldn't have asked for a better rep to assist me on my purchase. He made me feel comfortable and was very patient with me and my little ones. Make sure you ask for Mr. Glass next time you visit! Thank you again!

Chad has always been a perfect sales rep. He has been very pleasant with every vehicle we have bought from him. He is very knowledgeable, and always has the answers to all our questions. He has always made the process to buy a new vehicle very short and sweet. Thank you , Chad!

Nissan of Waco advertises to give great service but from their staff to the repairs.. I’ve had everything but a good experience.
- Not pleased at the slightest. Had a horrible experience with the service member Russell (whom is now to my knowledge fired).
July 25, 2024
1. Russell gave me a quote of more than $5,000 worth of repairs over the phone but later estimated my repairs to be $1,200 (not sure if it had something to do with my husband being present in the dealership with me)
2.The gentleman MISPLACED THE KEYS TO MY VEHICLE and also erased my repair ticket (then blamed it on someone else) so along with the stress of having car issues we were met with dysfunction in the service department. After watching Russell run around for a while my husband and I decided to look for our vehicle out in the parking lot. We found a tag on the floorboard and gave it to Russell.. the keys were eventually found. We then waited inside aimlessly for the gentleman to create a new repair ticket. (Which again was tremendously lower than what he had quoted over the phone)
3.Shortly after paying for the repairs we realized that he did not honor/apply the military discount we had previously discussed. I had to call the dealership to inquire about the problem. Luckily a kind gentlemen quickly returned the call and refunded my discount over the phone.

Not even a week after picking up my car the check engine light came on! (so clearly something was missed during the recent diagnostic test)
I called around Aug 12, 2024 but couldn’t get back into the shop until Aug 19, 2024 since they were book up. A gentleman named Jonathan is now coordinating with my warranty provider in regards to the newly found problem.
Aug 22,2024
1. After having to get both companies on 3way due to miscommunication with gathering paperwork I sensed a bit of frustration in Jonathan voice… not a big deal but it was definitely noted.
2. We got the paperwork together, Jonathan said that he emailed the paperwork to the warranty provider. I called to check and they stated nothing was received. I called Jonathan back and again sensed some frustration after asking him to call the warranty provider then to call me with an update. He sent a chain email and never returned my call so I had to call the warranty provider to confirm that the paperwork was actually received. HEADACHE..
3. Today Aug 28, 2024 Jonathan has called to explain that the needed parts are double the cost of the original parts (which was expected) but check this out.. I’m being charged for a second diagnostic within one month along with ridiculous repair-time cost (which would probably be a bit lower if they had caught this issue when I brought my vehicle in the first time) these basic cost alone totals to about $500
Jonathan has repeatedly said “I can work with you on pricing” when in reality that’s not true.. your simply letting me know that my out of pocket cost for diagnostic is $25 after warranty coverage.
I’m sure I’ll be updating this review within the next few days.. A lot of the time big business doesn’t care about the consumer and it’s sad with the condition of the current economy.
