They provide the best rates, best terms, and the absolute best, above-&-beyond, reliable, personalized Customer Service you could dream of. If you can be a member, be a member there. Smartest decision you'll ever make.

Do not use this bank. I borrowed 10,000 and was late on some payments. After 4 years of payments my balance was 8,999. Yep 1,000 is all that was applied to my loan..

Never use Educators Credit Union they are the absolute worst, they gave out my personal information after 13 years of banking with them so it's not like they didn't know who I was. On top of this I lost about $300 which it does not seem like much but that is besides the point however Sarah the branch manager of Hewitt gave my personal information out for someone not listed on the account. After speaking to the highway 6 location of Educators Credit Union I was advised to leave their building and never return as they were being hateful I got yelled at and cursed at and even told that they would report me to the credit bureau for having a negative balance. I've already reported Educators Credit Union for loosing money and fraudulent transactions. They will probably reply saying I owe a negative balance even though it was fraud. Avoid this bank at all cost and if they report me to the credit bureau I'm filing it as fraud. Even more so through all this they have closed peoples accounts without permission from what I learnedAVOID THIS BANK

Wonderful experiences at Educators Credit Union. The employees have always been knowledgeable and extremely kind and helpful to us. We have been members for many years. I think the first office that we went to was at 9th and AUSTIN snd Mr. Wendell was the manager or whatever his title was. He was always very helpful to us in whatever we needed. Charlene Dorman set the tone for all things good about a financial institution. We would not go anywhere else but Educators Credit Union, and the branch on Lake Shore is very convenient for us.

I continue to be thrilled with the customer services provided by this Credit Union and it begins with the leadership.The President of this facility sets a leadership tone that clearly permeates thru staff. Individualized services that are professional and yet personable are the key to their success. Sarah and Keylan are definantly "stand outs". Thank you Educator's Credit Union staff for always going above and beyond the call of duty. I feel safe with Educators!

I have called this credit union for more than 30 minutes and cannot get a human being. Do you offer no personal service? Just automated? You missed the mark. Although I've had an account here for more than 35 years, I won't have one after today.

I called and left a message early this morning for a loan officer. No one returned my call. So I went in person at 12:30. No one acknowledged me for over 15- 20 minutes whill I sat there waiting. When a loan officer came to help me they said because I wasn’t buying a car from a dealer I would have to pay a 2% higher rate because of that. I have perfect credit and income. We never went to pull credit because I asked about rate 1st, thank goodness. I got up and went directly to another bank and had fast service and no issues and no such BS such as because I wasn’t buying it from a dealership.

Terrible customer service at front desk. Asked a simple and understandable question and was laughed at by a very rude lady at the front counter! Called before I came and was told coin machine was working and came over to find out it was broken! Not the only time I have been inconvenienced by this bank.

Horrible Place to get your car loan through. I have great credit have owed 5 plus cars and have never had problems or difficulties for any reason at anytime with Ally Bank, Velocity, Wells Frago etc. DO NOT GO HERE for Car loans.
