Truly a beautiful location, they have turned in a welcoming place for people from everywhere. The food trucks are a must each look and smell so good. I wish I could come back for an event.

Lots of overpriced "Made in China" stuff you can buy at any hobby / crafts store or HomeGoods etc. for a fraction of the price, except for the $4 cupcakes which for years were not even baked at the "bakery." The owners belong to a bigoted cult called the Antioch Church. (Search: "Antioch International Movement of Churches" in Wikipedia where they are mentioned). Many of the home buyers on their early Fixer Upper episodes are also members of this cult. I suspect that some of the people leaving gushy comments on this board are also cultists. Scam village.

This place was amazing to visit. We were in a hurry to make it back on the road. Wished I could have stayed all day! Shops and atmosphere was amazing. Definitely recommend the TX pecan coffee!

This store is a real gem among retail outlets! Not only is the wide selection of products impressive, but also the high standard of service. All employees are always ready to help and advise, creating a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. I am always satisfied with the quality of goods and excellent service. I recommend this place to anyone looking for the best value for money!

I have heard a lot of good feedback about this place and decided to go. We went around winter holidays, and it was very busy and crowded. I think this place would be nice to visit on a regular day. We shopped around, but decided not to buy anything as items were a little overpriced. The only bad thing is that we waited for our coffee in the coffee shop for over 45 minutes, because there was a big line and not enough employees.

This was so fun to visit! It is always so fun to see places in real life after seeing something on TV for so many years. Definitely worth the visit when in the area. The market was so much more than I thought! It included the actual market, home store, bakery, coffee shop, outdoor rec area, stage, food trucks and a feed shop. I had no idea this was all here, plus free parking! Chip and Joanna are 100% my style of decor, so I loved everything in the shops and of course wanted to buy everything, too. It was pretty slow the day we visited due to it being colder in Texas, but I’m sure during the summer months it can get real busy. What a fun experience!

We made a trip from Fort Worth to check out Magnolia Market. We were completely surprised. Totally not worth the gas or time.We had read online all about how this is the place to go for fixer uppers. This could not be farther from the truth. First of all, if anyone is wondering. There is nothing inside the silos. They look neat but, that is about it. The actual store is pretty barren and very over priced. So the area is neat and clean. We saw very little to no hardware to fix up an old home. The small shops beside the main building are more of the same.A total let down, major disappointment.

What an amazing place to go! So many beautiful things to shop for. I will say the prices are more than I wanted but it was fun to walk through and there were a few things I picked up. Sometimes quality is something that costs more so I understand that. The court yard is so fun and inviting. If you are in the area make a day of this place I promise it won’t disappoint you !!ALSO VERY VERY DOG FRIENDLY

We had a wonderful time, but be prepared to spend money. The house decor is overpriced ($110 average for throw pillows, $30 for a mug, $50 for shirts, etc). Other than that, lovely atmosphere, and we had a great time.
