The professionalism and courtesy of the staff were evident. The walk into the building was challenging for this handicapped person. That, coupled with the visible dirt inside the MRI machine, caused me to deduct a star from my rating.

Expert, efficient staff who are also patient and compassionate. The lady at front desk was super! And, I especially appreciated the warm blanket and detailed explanations Jennifer gave me during the procedure.
