Wonderful service, kind staff, repairs done in a timely manner. I had a faulty alternator on my Honda Civic and it was fixed within 24 hours. Plus a lifetime warranty on it. And done at a cheaper price than a lot of other places. Take your car here, you won’t regret it!

My brother has been using Al at Road Service 1 Auto Repair for years, when my truck started making sounds I called Al and he got me right in and repaired my truck in under 24 hours. Amazing customer service and reliable work. I would refer him to any and all of my family and friends.

I took my jeep rubicon to Al today. He took one look and knew the problem. He responds fast and easy to work with. He will be my go to guy for repairs moving forward. We have 2 jeeps so we need expert opinion when things go south. I texted him late last night and he responded immediately and fitted me in his schedule. 5 stars all the way.

Mr . AL always provide Excellent customer service and every single time he fixes my car with ease and not worrysome . I have been coming here for years, truly trustworthy service and not matter the issue , my car gets properly fix and works smooth . This is the only place I trust for any car issue related problem. Totally recommend it ! One of the best mechanics I have ever meet and I have been traveling over the work .

I wish I can give a negative review
When I first took my car to Road Service one I thought I could trust them
I had ABS issues and needed a new Module and I told them to put a new one in it but was told a used one will do the same and I told them as long as it’s safe and all lights is off it would be fine. I also had them replace all 4 Knuckles on the car. I gave the all the time they need but I need my car in 2 weeks and was told no issues. About a week later I got a call saying my car was read and all done so I picked it up but I had a check engine light on and I asked about this and was told it would go out in 50 mile well it didn’t then was told 100 miles nope then 500 miles still on I was calling them about this the whole time I put 2500 miles and still on
I took my car back to them with a brand new ABS module and they were reluctant to change it but they told me to bring it in
At one time about 2 weeks before this last visit I was told PCM bad so I bought another one no change last Saturday July 20 2024 I took my car back with new module and waited for them to do this I asked the owner if they replaced the pump and was told no they didn’t
Well they did put the junkyard pump and module on and it was for a different system because I have ESP system the part they put on didn’t and the owner blamed me and I was confused why are you doing this
They broke the electrical connector all the brake lights is on check engine light is on and my car went into limp mode speedometer doesn’t work now I put the old PCM in car came out of limp mode but all lights are on and still no speedometer they lied to me and I paid good money $1500 to get it fixed and now I have to buy $1000 more in parts to get the brakes fix and I guess I have to do this.
I am very disappointed in this shop I had high hopes that I found a place I could trust but they show me differently
He did refund me $200 but it was like don’t come back here again
It’s ashamed they did this and one other thing they changed me for parts that they never replaced my sway bar links I replaced them with factory and the ones I removed was totally rusted and worn
To reply to the owner he bought the ABS parts and he is the one that said I need a PCM AND I bought one from Flagship one and it was updated and I did say you gave me $200 back and that the part I bought was for my car with 4 wheel disk breaks not rear drums that you put on and changed out the pump so the junkyard part would fit
And yes I have been a Aircraft mechanic for 50 years and my son does have a snap on OB2 scanner so don’t put this on me for putting the wrong part on my car because that’s why I brought it to you because being 72 years old it’s hard for me to do these things
