I sent a computer in for repairs back in December (almost 2 months ago). They said it would be a few weeks until I get it back which is fine, but 2 weeks ago it was confirmed that it was repaired.They said it would be on the next truck they get. The week after they didn't get a truck, but today they did and they said they didn't send it.And despite this they still expect me to keep paying on it despite the fact that, as things are, I have no way of knowing if I'll ever get it back since they keep stonewalling me. Every time I ask for an update they just say "maybe next truck" and "I can't guarantee when it will be here"I also asked that if for whatever reason I they do not get it back if they would reimburse me for it, or give me a new computer to which they said noWhich means they expect me to pay for a product that I may not get back with a 100% guarantee that I would not be compensated in any wayThis is on top of the fact that the manager admitted to harassing my family, and intentionally picking hours we said not to bother us because a different family member who doesn't live with us wasn't paying their fees but put us down as their address.This will be the final product I buy from them.

I was looking for a tablet, they didn't have any in stock, so they would have to order one. That is ok, but I don't like waiting. I wish they had more products in stock. The lady was very helpful and answered all of my questions.

I rented a laptop from here and everything was going smoothly until I had to make arrangements for a payment. I set a date for the payment and I went into the store on the date as planned. However, I wasn’t made aware of the late fee when I set the date to make the payment. This was on Friday. I spoke with Jacquelyn while in the store and made arrangements to return that Monday with the payment and the late fee. I thought everything was copacetic. Six hours later , I was startled awake by a loud knock on my front door. After seeing a white van out front, I opened the door to a guy from Aaron’s. He stated he was there about the payment. I was half asleep and partially confused. I told him I had turned it back in because I really wasn’t understanding his request. Later I figured out what he was saying and realized my mistake.Fast forward to the next day. I called Aaron’s and let them know about the visit and my arrangements. I spoke with Jacquelyn. She didn’t seem too interested in what I was telling her. She only stated it was the guy’s job. She didn’t acknowledge talking to me the day before in the store or apologize for someone coming out after I had made arrangements earlier.Needless to say, I’m taking the laptop back to Aaron’s and severing all ties. I just want to add I was on autopay and never missed a payment and this was my first time being late due to unforeseen circumstances. A lot of things could have been done differently, especially the customer service.

I LOVED! how quick and easy it was, I am very new to Aaron's and was referred by my mother, in desperate need of a washer dryer set and fell in love with a black set. Although I am a bit socially awkward and technology special we made this work. Best experience ever, we (Luke and myself) can't remember their names but the man and woman who helped us out were amazing! Funny and cute :) We are so happy to have a new set of washer dryer that we can call ours! Thank you!!!! <3

Well we are off to a rough start so let’s just see. I was asked if 5:30pm would be ok to deliver my washer and dryer I said sure I would take off work early and then get here and they had already been here. I called and explained I had to take off work to be here and couldn’t take off again tomorrow (when they wanted to set up delivery again) but after I told them cancel my order they “moved things around “ the guys are now setting up my washer and dryer so let’s see

I had 3 payment left on my fireplace I had the money for the payment I pay monthly but because I didn't have the 10.00 late fee they coming to pick fireplace up I will never ever buy anything from this company again. All they do is rob people
