Just called this store with a technical problem, the person who answered offered no help at all, told me I should go to Best Buy for a phone that I bought and still have service through AT&T. I guess I interrupted a break.

They are very bad at solving problems, my cell phone was stolen and I had to be behind them to solve every aspect. I do not recommend this store.

“Every” single visit to the waxahachie AT&T store begins courteously and professionally and ends with two more than satisfied customers. Staff like Abigail and Hugo are well trained to listen, ask, and solve. Loyal customers treated like loyal customers

If you have a problem at att ask for Jesus assistant Manger. I had a problem for over a week , I decided to try one last time. Went in there Jesus had my problem fixed within the first 5 minutes of talking to him. Jesus' is a problem solver.

I had a plan, I called you and I paid 80 dollars, which they told me that if I get more numbers, the payment will be lowered. Enter 3 family, that is, 3 plans and 1 more plan in total. In my account I have 5 plans and I get that for each account I have to pay 50 dollars each and supposedly they gave me 2 free phones and pay 8 dollars a month more since in other lines x having 5 lines in contract gives you a good benefit and free phones and the phones that were obtained are high-end average A14 Samsung finished paying and I will look for another phone company I didn't like it since there are no benefits Bad plan I went to get there

My experience was great the gentleman that helped me was Bobby I believe. I had only came to fix an issue with my order that had been canceled because of my ID not verifying but he did much more. He had the item I was ordering in stock so we got the iPad, upgraded my watch and bought another watch and he was so patient and helpful it was a great experience.

Went into AT&T Wireless store to get a phone activated due to getting a new phone from Apple Store. Abigail H was the representative that helped us. It was a tricky situation since I did not have the old phone. She was excellent!

Service took longer than expected. Went in to upgrade my phone which usually takes no more than 10 mins since I had to order the phone. Something went wrong which ended up taking my visit over 50 mins. Once I got home I got an email with the status of my order. Abigail H ordered a pink iPhone 15 but I wanted the pink iPhone 15 PLUS. She ALSO did not ask for my address so she automatically assumed the address on file was the shipping one. I called the 611 number which was time consuming and unnecessary. She was nice and all but got the entire order wrong.

I went in and selected a new phone, which was shipped to me. After I got the phone, I went back for help getting it activated. Both times, I was helped quickly without a long wait.
