Great experience with Geek Squad from the customer service call to the actual in person support. Robert at the Best Buy in Waxahachie was very quick to identify the issue with my laptop. Less than 5 minutes figured out the problem. I was in and out in under 10 minutes. ?

Yeah, if you have an issue, don't even try this place. You must make an appointment online, and even when you show up for your appointment, no one is there!!! It's the worst customer service I've ever experienced

I went to get my PS4 fixed because I broke the power button and I know nothing else was messed with but the guy gave it back in saying the motherboard is FRIED? Like dude I know that thing ain’t fried because earlier I took it apart to clean it and safely put it back together knowing I broke just the power button and the looked at the difference between a good motherboard and a bad one and mine is no where near fried

You can not get through on the phone. They say they will call you back but the phone never rings and leaves a message that you can't respond to.

Wanted to get my projector fixed, so I submitted a ticket and showed up at my time only for them to tell me they don't fix projectors. What a joke.
