The IHOP in Waxahachie tx has been wonderful. The waitress had a smile on her face and was quick to get our order. The food came out hot and fresh and full of flavor. My wife and I are happy with the results of our visit. We will be coming back here

Food was pretty good. Nothing ever looks like the food on the pic when you order it. Still a great place to eat. Service was great and this means allot to me.
