I don't write reviews often, but fell like I really should on this. First, I can't rate the food because twice I never received it. I swore not to come back to this place after two weeks ago. I ordered online and was given a 45 min pickup time. Get to the store only to be stared at by the guy up front. Finally he asks if I needed help, but only to not provide it. He told me it would be another 30 min wait for my order. I gave up and left the store (too many other angry customers in there).I decided today to give them another chance, what a mistake that was. I placed an order online once again. The same lack of acknowledgement upon walking in was the same, however once a female walked in they were quick to say something. I Gave my name and he proceeds to look for the order. The lady they acknowledge stated that someone took her food and therefore had to wait for more. I jokingly told her this lady was now walking back in with her food 5 minutes later. Well the joke was one me, it was mines. This guy literally slid it over and says here is you pizza. I politely told him that I'm not taking that. His exact words, "what you think she spit in it?" I didn't think I would have to explain to a person working in the food industry about food handling. This place really sucks and I would avoid at all cost.

The absolute worst store. Literally everytime I order here it’s always an issue. It’s always something missing from my order. I guess the entire staff is incompetent or just choose not to read. Maybe they are just LAZY. Do

I deliver for Uber. The orders are never ready by the time I arrive, the staff is unfriendly when you can fi d a staff member, I frequently hear people complain about them getting orders wrong. I saw a now hiring for all positions sign. I can see why. Hopefully a new staff will help this place.

Ordered 80 worth of food. App said ready, went to pick up. Line wrapped around the building, doors locked, employees sitting in lobby ignoring everyone. People banging on windows and drive through being totally ignored. Waited for over forty mins in line, never moved aside from the others just giving up and leaving. The even more sad part is how many people you run into around town that say they’ve had the exact same experience. Blows my mind how they are even open! I’m definitely understanding and sympathetic to being short staffed. But this is just wild!

This place is a joke. Ordered wings, a pizza, and cheese sticks. They brought it out 10 minutes apart. The phone rang the whole time and no one answered it. Not an employee in sight most of the time. The waiter interrupted me mid order and sat brb. 10 minutes later had to go find him in the back with all the employees standing around. Any the restrooms were dirty. We should have just left when the waiter disappeared but we already had our drinks.

Their pizzas are great but their employees are not friendly they make you feel unwelcome, they could at least fake being pleasant.

Each time I order from this location I experience an issue. Last one, they forgot to include the wings and gave us the wrong pizza. If ordering from here I would check your order before leaving the store. The staff are NOT customer friendly and they do NOT pick up the phone. Found out that this location is owned by a franchise group, AMPEX brands PH of Dallas so trying to get resolution and credits back for missing items did not happen.

Ordered at 520pm said delivery at 540. Called at 630 to see where my order is, guy said hild on let me check. Left me on hold for 10 mins. I hang up and call back. Finally someone gets on. Guy said “oh this is james right” yeah you left me on hold for 10 mins” work: oh ok well delivery is behind you can come get it or just wait for it”……

As a Dasher I'm sick of picking up from this place, they always get us in trouble because they manually select that it's ready on the Doordash tablet when it's still a 20+ minute wait and the majority of us are NOT paid to wait that entire time. When the customer complains about the wait times, it falls on us because they claimed in the system the food was ready at 7:07 when it's actually 7:26 and I'm STILL being told it's a 10 minute wait. If SOMEONE has to take the fall for the food being late, it should be the people who are ACTUALLY late, instead the cooks make us take the fall by lying to Doordash saying the food is ready when it's not. It is NOT an automated system, they have to knowingly and consciously select that it's ready.BE HONEST ABOUT YOUR PREP TIMES INSTEAD OF MAKING THESE DRIVERS WHO DON'T EVEN WORK FOR YOU TAKE THE FALL
