I love this salon they’re all professional and nice. I usually see Preston for my haircut & he does a superb job. He’s precise & very knowledgeable. I use to have issues if I stopped in for a haircut when I couldn’t get in to see my regular stylist at another salon & it was because I have textured hair...but he does a great job on my hair. He’s always giving pointers to the other stylist. I’d recommend any & everyone.

About two months ago I went to the hair salon inside walmart. I was standing at the counter and the stylist was sitting in a chair facing my husband and me. We stood there for a good three to four minutes while the stylist was playing on her cell phone and ignoring us. She finally looked up from her phone and asked what we wanted. At first, I was going to have my hair cut but after seeing how the stylist lacked good customer service skills, I decided not to have my haircut. Smartstyle needs to ensure that their stylists have good manners/ customer service skills.

I don't know if the hair stylist was having a bad day, but the way she treated my son was very unprofessional, my mom even asked them to fix the hair cut after "she was done" and his hair still ended up looking like this. If this is a good quality to you guys I honestly do not know how are you allow to cut hair... I will make a claim directly o my back to get a refund, as well a place a complain directly with the hair stylist state board.

Please tell me this is not your best work... Awful experience, my son don’t even move when he gets a hair cut, noticed the hair stylist was in a bad mood and was rough with my son, yet they still tried to fix this because when they where “done” it looked worse... not to mention they try to be done in less than 10 min... I will make a claim directly with the bank to get my money back and will place a claim to the board of hair style I’m Texas.... how are you still in business??

The lady was super rough with me, when filing she hit me on my finger multiple times, to the point where I was bleeding. I said ow. And she said “oh no it’s okay it’s beauty”. 0/5 stars. Do not recommend. She made me bleed and nicked me with the drill quite a bit. Definitely not worth $25 for a FILL.

Love my haicut!! Hayden did exactly what I wanted. My hair was damaged from using box dye and I had to cut it short to get rid of damage. Hayden did amazing!!! Love it

I LOVE the haircuts, but they don't answer their phone and the online booking does not work. With COVID-culture, they need to be able to book appointments without customers having to make a trip to schedule it face to face.

Julie was my hairstylist today and I’ve never had my hair done by a professional before I was afraid and immediately walking in it was welcoming and I felt comfortable still a little scared that my hair will come out the way I wanted it but Julie put my mind at ease she explained every step she was doing she understood the look that I was going for and she did amazing job.I highly recommend going to smart styles hair salon and ask for Julie because Julie is the only person I will ever let touch my hair ever she did amazing job I love it.
