Went in to get a new card - The lady said it could take two weeks. I waited and it never arrived. Got busy. Now my current card isn’t working and I had to call customer service - Turns out that crazy old lady we talked to at this location never actually put in for a new card for us. I’d love to know what she was doing with our account stuff then: Super sketchy.

Don't walk in and expect to be helped the same day by a banker. You must make an appointment even for something that takes 10 minutes. This branch has always been slow, but requiring appointments for small tasks is just enough to make me take my money elsewhere.

Great bank with very friendly customer service! The tellers, and the management are all very fun and welcoming. Some of the best service that I have experienced in Texas! Thanks for the great, fast and welcoming service! ???

Very friendly service. Small bank and Jacob is an accountant there that remembers his customers and will come out of his office to greet you. We went in there to buy old coins. He said "I'm willing to help roll coins for a while but not a few hours. "

If I could give them a 0, I would...they don't answer the phone. Can't escape the automated voicemail system, and when I showed up in person, the person helping me looked irritated. I was trying to open a savings account.

My first visit to this location (Weatherford) was less than desirable. After waiting about 30-40mins for assistance I left. I was greeted when I arrived and was even checked on and told I would be helped soon, but not so.I returned today and a different young lady helped me and told me that my issue could be handled at the counter and that if I got in-line any of them would be happy to assist me. I did just that and they did just as she stated quickly and happily!They were puzzled as to why I wasn't told that the day before by the other banker, but it was taken care of.Thank you!!

It’s literally the slowest bank ever and they have awful communication skills. No one ever answers the phone.

In the parking lot is big four drive-thru lines tellers are nice and helpful.

NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE!!! Called the 800 number, even they could not get ahold of anyone at this branch. I’ll be taking my money elsewhere.

Terrible branch...if you need anything done inside you need to plan on an hour or more. Garbage management.

I went in with a text of a check from my sister with 100 cash. She's a single mom. I said I need to deposit this. They asked if I had account there. I said no and she said we can't take the cash or deposit it. But if you had a check or if you had a money order I could accept it. I said your a bank sale me a money order. She said oh we can't do that you don't have an account with us. But you can go to wal mart and get a money order and come back and we'd be happy to deposit the money. She said this is our anti money laundering policy. They had no interest in trying to help me accomplish this for my sister. They could had at least sold me a money order.
