Food was fresh and hot, tasted great!!!Update: So where to start... let's see oh umm oh at 12:30 lunch time when we arrived the doors where locked, apparently the poor girls(3) running the place have a jerk for a manager who refused to help them, he doesn't have to do anything but complain and trash talk them. So this is absolutely absurd and ridiculous to me!!

Growing up in a small town where DQ usually has the BEST customer service- don't expect that from this DQ. We have tried multiple times and the food is raw or over cooked. The workers are rude and if you say anything, management is even ruder. Living in the downtown area we try to support local businesses but this one will not get anymore of our time or money sadly. Beware- expect eye rolls and hand throwing if you dare ask for extra condiments.

I ordered 2 large dipped cones and one came out a large and the other one was a small/ medium and the drive thru person said, they were made by two different people. Didn't offer to remake the smaller one or anything.

The service at this DQ was awful. My food was cold and terrible. I paid for extra honey mustard and was given ranch instead. I went back to get the honey mustard and I was told that I would need to return the ranch. The manager was rude and hateful.

Good Christy chicken sandwich and my wife had the tacos she said that it was ok,not great. Service was slow but understandable because they were busy and under staffed.

This DQ location has always been on the top of the list for DQ's in this area. Usually very quick order turn around with fresh, fresh burgers. The drive thru lane can be a little tricky turning into from the main road, especially if they are busy. I have a consistent experience (good) here each visit.

The drive thru line was Very slow. Had us pull around front to wait on our order. Then, brought it out to us about a minute later. What was the point I. Having us park. We had already waited 20 mins in line. Would one more minute really have mattered? $18 and change for 2 regular combo meals.
