This place charged us almost $200 in insurance after we sent them our auto insurance and over drafted us during the covid virus. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.

They had no vehicles for their customers and not willing to have any delivered one customer had a reservation and other customer had problems with power going out in their car and were told to drive to Dallas sorry about their luck if car broke down. I know I will never use Hertz I will stick with enterprise

This is the second time I have reserved a vehicle here and it wasn’t available when I got there. Another time they tried to get me to take something that cost less after I paid for a luxury sedan online. This place is a mess!
