First off, I have always been a fan of this store. However there is a new guy working that is a thief. He's getting turned in. It started a few weeks ago, I brought in what I knew to be 100 dollars worth of scratch offs, however, he only gave me 85 back, an I didn't think much of and took the 85. I went in today with what I know for a fact was 100 dollars worth of scratch offs, I counted 5 times with a witness. Took pictures and everyhing like that. Today I wen't in with what

I came into your station at 10:55pm on Sunday 1/27/19 (I say this so you can check back on your cameras for confirmation) where the young lady behind the counter said nothing, I asked if your business was open. To this, she rolled her eyes and said "I guess". I tell her ,no, are you open or not, if not, i will leave. To this she snaps at me and near yells, gahh I was kidding, yes were open! (Okay psycho) i buy a can of snuff then leave, taking up about 30 seconds of her precious time. Upon leaving, I say, "sorry to have bothered you". Where she responded with "MmmHmm."

Lady who works in the morning with blonde hair around 5 AM; she likes to greet other customers who are behind you in line, completely ignore the person she is serving; then when I use my snap card I have to ask her where the option is; she looks at me disgusted and says “oh, we don’t...” and gives me this look like I am crazy for even walking in there in the first place. Most shell that I go to have the option of using your lonestar card. I don’t need some snooty old woman to look at me like that when she works at a gas station in the first place. Like really? Last week I gave this shell a 5 Star review for the cleanliness of the restroom. But now; seeing how customer service is run. No way. Will not return again. There is a better way to inform a customer if they don’t take a certain type of payment, and it’s not the way she handled it. People in this world just get worse and worse don’t they?

Terrible customer service!! Colton was a complete smartal alec and had the nerve to get a smart mouth with me while making me wait. A courteous 'be right with you' is all that was necessary.
