I have always been pleased with Verizon. However over the last month while performing a routine device upgrade and number change on my personal account, a technical glitch on Verizons end became a nightmare. Total time spent with the 1-800 phone customer service & technical support staff was 8+ phone calls totaling 12+ hours with zero result other than frustration. Then I got a call from Trey at the local Verizon Store who was doing a "health & welfare" check on my Verizon business account. I told him what I was going through and he offered to help. Trey took the time to listen to the issue, ask me follow up questions, and then after getting my permission to access my account, Trey fixed the problem in about 5 minutes. WOW, Trey went out of his way to solve my issue on an account that he wasn't even calling to inquire about. People like Trey are what makes Verizon a great company. THANK YOU VERY MUCH TREY!!!

What a great store! Paul was absolutely amazing! He was extremely thorough with explaining the plans, coverage and I-Phone 13. My Partner and I had not backed up our phones in forever and Paul was super patient transferring our information to our new phones. We really enjoyed our experience with this store.
