Recently bought a brand new chain kit from cycle gear and it was already all rusty when I opened the box for the first time. Asked if I could swap it out and they denied it saying it works just fine.

I was impressed with staff. Selection was kinda limited as far as tools go but I found more than I was looking for. Apparel has to wait. Basically, the answer is in the "stars".
