The worst experience, don't go to this place, not only are they going to want to scam you, they have very bad customer service, they feel like they are the only people you can buy cars from, when in the valley that is the only thing that there are car agencies every block.

If you can avoid Payne Fiat In Weslaco for any kind of service you should … took in my fiat 500 to get serviced back in September 19th 2022 and we are now in November 18th 2022 , service manager, service techs all give the same story which is “there still working on it “ and my vehicle is still being serviced by there technicians , had to contact Fiat Manufacture directly to give them assistance if it wasn’t for my 2022 alpha Romeo I would have never gone back to these people for any service .

UPDATE: They definitely helped me since posting this, got it all fixed up! Thank you to the manager!ORIGINAL: Got my Fiat 500x worked on a couple months ago (electrical problems) and when I went to go pick up my vehicle the door handle was damaged (the key cap cover broke off). I called and they were going to charge me to fix what they broke, so I haven’t gone back.

This dealership is very shaddy. Never give your driver's license to a salesman. They are not an authorized person to handle your financial information. If they do, they are breaking federal law. Privacy act. Ask for the invoice price and they bring back a copy of a copy of something. They will not show you anything and if you continue, they suddenly sold the car you were looking into. Very sketchy people. Why do you think they rank at the bottom of trustworthy people? Along with Politicians?

8 attempts to reach service & still not able to get a hold of an advisor.. sales kept answering the phone & hanging up on me.. Very disappointed in Alfa Romeo Fiat of the Rio Grande Valley.

Don’t recommend. Had trouble with too much back and forth when we purchased a new vehicle back in June 2019. (Chrysler) After all the hassle/games we ending up dealing with the GM and ended on a pleasant note. Recently saw they had a used car listed and was interested in getting an additional vehicle. Once again just more games. Never answered the email. Had to Facebook message them to get a response. Vehicle is overpriced and no negotiation at all. We will shop elsewhere.

Wanted to have some work done on my Fiat so I called to see if there was a courtesy shuttle available to bring me back to work. I was transferred three times and when I was finally transferred to the correct extension I was told they needed to ask the manager if that was possible. I was on hold for 20 minutes, the woman that asked me to hold was very courteous and apologetic about the service manager not answering. There’s obviously nothing she can do when her manager is incompetent and doesn’t care about customer service, but she asked if she could take my info so the manager could get back to me. It’s been a week and I still haven’t received a call. Sadly this isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue. That service manager definitely lost out on a big sale on parts and labor considering I was going to have everything on my vehicle fixed. NEVER AGAIN.
