The difference with this particular BK is the HOT food. Cold fries and burgers suck. I drive from Huntsville to come to eat HOT fresh food at this BK in Willis. The staff here is always so friendly. A couple of times they have turned my frown upside down with their customer service skills. Or maybe Ivan and Yasmin are just genuinely happy people.

Service should be -0 as a paying customer my request should be acknowledged SIMPLE. They give you what they want you to have even when I expressed I don't need it.
