I usually buy my things there but today I went at 8:30 am to check the engine light I was standing in line for 15 minutes then the cashier told me to wait because I couldn't go outside 2 more customers arrived and he attended to them I left the store because they never preceded me I spent 30 minutes waiting I'm definitely disappointed with that service I'll have to go to the autozone after this

Why they NEVER answer the phone, I don't know but it's pretty frustrating!! I've tried calling multiple times over a few days and never spoke to one person..I needed to order a part while at work because I knew they would have to offer it and wanted to get the ball rolling... This is the worst customer service I've EVER seen at an O'Reilly's!! I will say this, when I go in, they are helpful but it's almost like you can tell they don't want to do their job, terrible

Watch out!!!! They had a cashier who took advantage of my lack of knowledge in cars and overcharged me $200!!!! How can you know the cashier is a scammer & keep him. When we went back in the other guys looked at each other & knew exactly who scammed us.

So there I was, being a good customer standing in line. I’m waiting as it takes a few minutes for them to help each customer in front of me, as expected.Finally it’s my turn! The joy! I won’t say the name of the rep because I ain’t no snitch. But his name rhymes with “Andy” and it starts with a letter that pirates like to say.I tell him that I just need my check engine light checked, to which he tells me he will have to help the line of customers behind me first.I’m befuddled because I don’t see how my request is going to take any more time than anyone else’s, nor why my request is somehow less important in this arbitrary hierarchy of car problems. Would I at least outrank someone who is just buying an air freshener? And what is the point of the line I just stood in? An egregious violation of first-come-first-serve! We have societal expectations at stake here! What is this anarchy??But I’m very quick-witted, so I replied, “wut?”[R]Andy doubled down. I will have to wait until he clears the rest of the customers behind me first.So why 5 stars, you ask? First, I’m no man-Karen.Second, these 5 stars are reserved for a parts store just around the corner I’ll just call “Otto Bone.” Despite a line of people behind me there, the whole process of having the engine code pulled and me walking out of the store with the part I need was a little more than 6 minutes. My experience at Otto Bone was so pleasurable and I have Andy to thank for getting me there!

Tim is an amazing sales associate! He not only tried to help me diagnose my problem with misfiring cylinders, but called a mechanic to come further diagnose and fix my truck on the spot! O'Reilly's is always my only stop for parts and diagnostics!

A rare and satisfying thing happened to me here. Last week my bride had given me a sticky note telling me to get the battery checked. So this procrastinator finally gets to O'REILLY'S a week later and asked to have it checked. The man with his meter says, "yep it's bad, maybe we should check the alternator." I was unable to start the car. The battery had indeed died in front of their store.They helped me select a new battery, installed it, and credited me for the old battery core. Good job team.

As far as being friendly and helpful I suppose they're up to par. They're not rude but I go in there to check for the Hot Wheels in to come to find out that the employees raid the Hot Wheels before they hit the shelf so if you're into collecting Hot Wheels I would even go there there won't be anything on the shelf that you're looking for. But store is clean and up kept. They're more than helpful when it comes to Auto parts stuff.
