Very pleased with our first visit to Stoneridge VMC. They got our cat in very quickly, and were refreshingly kind.I would like to note: while sitting in the patient room, you can hear vet and techs interacting with their patients and it is adorable. Lots of love around this place for fur babies and it shows!

We take our Saint Bernard and 3 cats to Dr. Kitten, and my parents also bring their Golden/Lab mix to her. I was given her name from one of her former mentors whom I used to see for acupuncture and spoke very highly of her. Dr. Kitten has the sweetest, bubbliest personality that puts both pets and their parents at ease. She actually listens and is so easy to talk to. She and the vet techs have gone out of their way to accommodate us, such as seeing my big guy in the car because he refused to come inside. The front desk staff are kind and friendly. The atmosphere is inviting and clean. I did not have as great of an experience with an on call doc from the Willis location whom we saw for an urgent care appointment.

Today was the first day I had visited Stone Ridge and from the very first phone call the staff was amazing. I explained the situation my cat was facing and they brought me in for an urgent care visit. Ultimately, after all the tests came back, my cat, who was 20, was euthanized, from the moment the decision was made, the tech was by my side, reassuring me of my decision and the doctor was amazing. The entire staff just really made a very difficult time as painless as it could be.The pricing was much lower than I expected for an emergency visit.I will always bring my babies here.

The veterinary staff and team were great with Barkley. They took great care of him and made sure I was Aware of everything that was going on with him.

Bruno is a hot mess. Literally. Hot spots galore. Our poor pup has horrific environmental allergies. Stone Ridge has taken amazing care of him!

They were great with Cash our puppy. Veterinarian had a great hand, he doesn’t feel the shot when he got it. Super friendly office. Dog appt we choose it for our dog.

The Stone Ridge doctors and staff are second to none! We have been clients for 7 years, and the compassion and care they have shown, and continue to show our fur babies and us is much appreciated. We definitely consider Stone Ridge family. Thank you for all you do!

Staff is very friendly and understanding. Went above and beyond for my girls all the time. Durning the summer of 23 I was walking my dogs and my girl started overheating. They let me come in and give her water and a cool place to lay down, without charge. That's when I knew this was the place I wanted to care for my dogs.

Wouldn't recommend anyone to go here, they made 0 effort to help my cat, wanted to charge me 890$ in tests because they were absolutely clueless as to what's wrong with her. I called another vet and described her symptoms and they told me to go to the ER immediately. The incompetence and greed are abundant are stone ridge, go anywhere else.
