Elizabeth has been my hero more than once! This time I had a fraudulent charge for a very high amount, on my card, right before Christmas. She was able to quickly block my card, get me a new card the very next day AND walked me through the dispute filing in a very efficient manner. It's because of employees like her that I continue to be a member of this bank! Thank you Elizabeth for saving our Holidays!

I literally found my new banking best friends. :0))) They were so professional, Sara was amazing to work with, always keeping me up to date and allowing me to know the progress that was happening on my loans! Opened a new account here. My experience was awesome, everyone is very friendly and helpful. My financial expert was Sara E.W. She’s amazing and is a great resource to have with her years of experience. Would highly recommend asking for Sara when coming to this branch.

The service I received was top notch. From my loan application online through the final funding of the loan, I was responded to in a timely manner. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was based on a Corp Policy regarding an aspect of the loan I didn’t agree with. I felt like they could have been a little more reasonable or at least explained the “why” behind the roadblock. Ultimately, it worked out great.

Gabe was really great to work with. He made the auto loan process easy and affordable. He worked really hard each day to satisfy us and help us with any questions we had. He is a great addition to Utah First Credit Union. 100% would reccomend.

I researched rates for a car loan. Utah First had the best rates and they were so easy and great to work with. Jess helped start our loan over the phone. When we went into the American Fork branch Elizabeth helped us complete it. Elizabeth was wonderful. She was very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable of the process which helped expedite our experience.I was also very impressed when I walked in with the layout of the lobby. It’s very inviting and customer friendly.I’m super happy with our choice to work with Utah First Credit Union.

Decided to go through Utah First Credit Union for my auto loan since they have the best rates. Right from the beginning I was able to speak with someone within less than 5 min. I was able to get connected with Gabe who helped me through the ENTIRE process. He was able to upload and process my entire application and documents. Going into the bank to finalize my loan took less than 20 min!I will absolutely be recommending this credit Union to all my family and friends.
