I had a very clean room and as I was packing my car, they were stripping and cleaning the other rooms making sure that they were up to par. Staff is very professional and nice. Very close to Capitol Reef. Pets are welcomed as well which is very convenient.
Food and drinks: Small town but as you go throughout Bicknell and throughout nearby towns, there are plenty of options for food.

Clean and good service. 160 for the night is an overpriced sorry. But that’s what you pay out here. It was the cheapest place between here and Torrey.

Exterior of the classic motel but the room is superb and very spacious the amenities are numerous there is a fridge a microwave a hairdryer an iron an ironing board a table and two chairs to be able to have breakfast or even eat a bite eat a bite. Everything is clean and new, there is also a swimming pool with a hot tub so everything is perfect for having a good time relaxing in Bixnel.
We are about thirty kilometers from Capitole Reef Park.
Nearby activities: Visit Capitole Reef Park.
Food and drinks: Coffee available in the room.

Was my 3rd night in town and wanted to try staying something different. Room was large, a bit dated and a bit strangely laid out. But it definitely smelled of old smoking….maybe in the carpet or bedspread. People were nice.

I stayed here last night with my 3 friends. I had reached post 10pm, and while the lobby had no one, I was able to call a number on the door and they were very kind enough to help me book the room.
My initial impression of the room was really positive. It was really large. However there are a few areas where it can improve:
1. The shower head was broken and kept falling down with water spraying out. This made it difficult for a tall person like me to bathe.
2. The bathroom also had a strong smell upon entry. This really put me off.
3. The air conditioner is located near the basin in almost a separate room. I think they should shift it to main part of the room.
In the morning we requested if we could have a late checkout. They said no. The minute they said no we respectfully immediately packed up the room. At 11:00 am they were at the door and just walked in and started to clean the room. I had no issue with that. And by 11:08 am we were out.
What hurt me and surprised me was that one of the managers accused me of booking the room for 2 people when we were 4 people. I was so shocked as I remembered clearly asking for a room for 4 people and being told over the phone there are 2 queen beds. I shared the same with the staff and they just said okay with no apology and I was hurt that they didn't even bother to ask us about our stay.

One star, mainly for the service and people running the place. Super rude and unaccomadating.
The room was good and quite big but I definitely would not come back mainly because of how inhospitable the people are.
The checkout was at 11 and they came knocking at 10:58 and barged into our room at 11:00. We were about to leave about to leave and needed maybe 5 minutes more to put on our shoes and leave.

Our stay at this motel was fine until they called me 20 minutes after we checked out and accused me of lying about not bringing our dogs with us.
We chose this place because it was pet-friendly, but we ended up leaving our dogs at home with one of our teens who decided not to come with us. Despite informing the front desk that we didn't have them, a fact that the lady at the desk could have verified if she had just looked outside as we were unloading our car, they called me after we checked out two days later to claim they found dog hair "all over the room" and in the bed covers. The cleaning crew made the accusation, which was ridiculous of them, because they were cleaning the room next to ours as we were packing up to leave, and there's no way they would have missed seeing our two big dogs. The cleaning guy who was sitting in the parking lot and smoking would have especially seen us getting our dogs into the car, we had the door to our room open the whole time, and our car doors were open as we were going back and forth. So if they really found dog hair all over, they must not be cleaning the rooms very well between guests.
The room was spacious, but the carpet was very worn out. My kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and having a mini fridge and microwave was convenient. I would have left a positive review because of those facts. However, the accusation of bringing my dogs and finding pet hair in the room was absurd. I will monitor my credit card for any extra charges because when we checked in, we were told we would not be charged the extra fee for pets. I will dispute any extra charges they try to bill us for. I will also share this experience with others to caution them about staying here.

Went here for an overnight stay so we could head to the national park early the next morning. The room furnishings are totally outdated - could be from my grandma. (I'm older). No breakfast included and there is only one restaurant in town, which was closed on Sunday. Had to drive to the next town to have dinner and buy water for the next day. All in all, not recommended and totally overpriced.

We stayed here one night before going to capitol reef national park. The room was very large, very clean, and well appointed. Hot shower, decent wifi, and a good nights rest as well. While the hotel might be a bit dated, it exceeded our expectations for under $100 a night. Very easy check in and out as well. I would recommend.
