Zions bank will charge you fees that you don't expect without any notification. I have banked with them for 10+ years and recently bought a house. I didn't use Zions for the loan because I am not a satisfied customer at all. They have recently charged me a service fee of $3 for the past few months because I have only had $100 in my savings account. I still use them for all of my direct deposits and have been a loyal customer for years. How do they thank me? Charge me a $3 fee.
I now know that I have to have $200 in my savings account so I will be closing that account the next time I visit the bank. If they charge me more un-expected fees I will simply find a new bank to bank with.

I used the online scheduling tool to make an appointment, wanting to move money into an IRA. When I arrived at the scheduled time, no one had the slightest idea I was coming, nor did they have the slightest idea how to handle my request. I literally could not give them my money. They wasted my time, gas, and patience. I recommend finding a better, more professional institution.

Love Zions bank. But I have had nothing but issues the several times I tried doing any transaction in Brigham City. Use another branch if you can.

I can't tell you enough of how many problems I have had with this bank. I will never again open or recommend this bank to anyone. Not worth the time & money. They seem to never really have the best answers for you & when something happens to your account, they don't really care about "your" situation. I feel like they try to scam you out of your money any way possible. The service and fees are just ridiculous & they don't really have any perks banking with them.
