Many, many items inside this gift shop and it's eaily walkable from Sunrise and Sunset Points. I got a couple items and went on my way. Employee was friendly and there was hardly anyone inside which made it even better.

Made a purchase here and was charged more than the amount stated on the product. Contacted the management but haven't heard back yet, 1 month has passed. You guys do big business but are not so honest, will it last for a long time? I won't give up until you guys pay my money back. Very annoying!!!!

The gift shop manager, Mary is an Angel on earth. My sweet mother came to visit Bryce Canyon last weekend, 63 years after she worked at the lodge in 1959. Mary went above and beyond to make her feel special and appreciated. Not only did she give her an incredible gift package, she took the time to ask my mother questions about her time at the lodge. Thank you Mary. You did more for her than you could know.
