Had my alternator replaced at another location which failed to do their due diligence. Was still having issues, so I went in to have the battery tested hoping that maybe it just needed replaced after the alternator issue. Battery tested fairly low. They got me in and out quickly. Friendly staff and were very helpful.

Super friendly employees.I pulled up to this location on my lunch break because I noticed one of my tires was drastically different in psi. So I thought maybe they could possibly help me out by filling it up w/air. ??? Surprisingly enough, I was instantly greeted by a younger gentleman w/super blond hair, short nice haircut, & told him, "one of my tires was really low, & if he would be kind enough to possibly fill it for me?"... W/no hesitation, he replied absolutely. So i pulled up, he checked all 4 tires, made them consistent. & told me "to have a nice day." I was so pleased that he was so willing to help me, even though they were working on other vehicles that were actually getting serviced there. It's pretty rare to find people so willing to help, & be friendly about it. All for free! If I could have tipped him, I would have.I never did get his name. But he deserves a community shout out, for being cool. ?Whoever you were, (blond guy working @ 1:35pm on 7.21.2020), Thanx again!

Told them I had a low pressure warning and make sure they put air in that tire. They didn't. When I drove back the kid had an attitude. I guess it's my fault you don't do your job.

Very professional, very friendly staff. Quick, efficient, and quality work done on cars.My boyfriend and I have been using this jiffy lube exclusively for all our car needs for the last two years and have never been disappointed. They may not have the lowest prices around, but they almost always offer coupons on most services that bring the cost down. They also offer on the spot car registration renewals (including emissions and safety checks) at this location.

They were to busy to assist with an emissions test. Apparently short staffed (2) visible people working with one car. I understand being short staffed but the guy seemed pleased to send me elsewhere and not even bother to assist. Poor customer service!

This was the first time I didn’t have to fend off 6,000 obnoxious questions plugging additional unnecessary services when all I want is an oil change. I believe the manager there at the time was named Will—props to him for being quick, friendly, and facilitating perfectly what should be a simple thing—just getting your dang oil changed. I can’t speak for the Jiffy Lube Franchise, but if you go to this location and see the name “Will” on your attendant’s name tag, then you’re in good hands. (Also, my plastic undercarriage/splash guard piece was starting to get a little saggy and shredded—Will noticed right when I was getting ready to leave and they zip-tied it up for me).

Always a good experience and the upselling doesn't feel forced or icky. They explain things clearly and I always feel comfortable saying no and taking care of easy stuff at home. Free oil top off is a great service too.

I’ve been over there multiple times in the past weeks with some part issues. They were wonderful! The manager Cody was very informative and gave me the info I needed while trying to help me save money on the parts in my searching. They educated me on the matter which I really appreciated. Great crew and got me in as fast as they could while communicated the work they were doing right then so I would understand how long they would take.

Of course, they told me all the things they recommend replacing or that are close to needing replaced. Of course it's all very expensive. That's the nature of cars. They were fast. Explained everything, how it works, why its in need of repair, and all of the costs and recommendations are on the manufacturer's information. They were honest, quick, and professional and i recommend going there. Unless you have a friend that will do things cheaper and truly knows what they are talking about, there's not a better place.

This place was great! I've been to a few jiffy lube places in town, but these guys were really the best. They were great about implementing sanitary precautions to prevent the spread of COVID. Their professionalism and good humor impressed me! Because of COVID, they have you drive into the bay and do some things. I felt a little self-conscious about that, but they were very nice about it. They also showed me what was going on with my car without pushing me to spend more than I could afford. One of the techs even told me where I could find better coupons:) And finally as I was about to leave, they handed me a flower for Mother's Day. Best customer service!

Needed my tire pressure adjusted, which they did free of charge, and asked them other questions. They answered all my questions including checked under my car to tell me why my tire pressure was off. Also recommended a great European Car Repair shop! Thank you! Thank you!

What a sad place. When the employees are not doing any servicing, the owner forces all of them to stand next to the street in 30-degree weather and wave a sign. It is like an audition in the cold as drivers idle and spew fumes waiting for the signal at 1300 to change. Disgusting. We'd never do business with such an exploitative business. Shame on them.

I don't know why this place has low ratings - my experience was great. I simply pulled up to the bay marked with an "open" sign and a guy came out to ask me if what he could do for me. After dealing with him for a while, I could see he was likely high as a kite on meth, which told me his attention to detail was dialed up to 11+ - that made me feel good, because I know he'd do the best job possible. He said the computer was telling him my car prefers expensive, synthetic European oil, and that it would be $X. I asked, "how much for the non-synthetic, non-preferred stuff?" He replied that it would be half as much, but that he'd caution me against that, owing to the type of engine I had and that I "should treat that car right." How kind of him! It's nice to be reminded that I have a nice car, and that I should treat it like a high-class woman, rather than some two-bit whore; if only I had enough money left over after paying him to take the former on a date, instead of the latter.

I usually don’t have issues with jiffy lube, but this time I wasn’t so lucky. They pulled their usual BS, showing me parts of my car and telling me that it should be replaced and whatnot and I told them no as always. They told me that I was a little low of coolant and they they wouldn’t charge me for it... I got my bill, which was about $30 above the advertised price and of course, they charged me for the coolant I didn’t ask for along with a long list of other things. I used a coupon and still felt ripped off. I went back to ask why I was charged for things I wasn’t supposed to be charged for and was told that they remove the price in the discounts part of the bill. The math didn’t add up, as the coupon discount was the only thing in there. I told the worker that it didn’t add up and he looks at it says â€œso what do you want me to do, give you a dollar?â€. Nothing like getting billed wrong and then receiving sarcastic remarks. I told him I wanted it right because there were tons of things wrong with the bill. I sent me to the manager so was kinder but just quickly added another discount code which brought the price down to pretty much where it should be and sent me on my way. I’ll just change my own oil next time if it’s going to cost me so much more and be such a pain.

this was my first visit to jiffy lube, and it will be my last. i came in for an oil change, and with that comes a bunch of other nice services like a quick vacuum, new windshield wiper fluid and checking your tires. normally, i would appreciate this, but instead, it caused me problems.

I went to this jiffy line on Pioneer Day to assess a noise with my brakes. They were able to assess the issue and advised I needed the front rotors replaced due to excess wear. They showed me and I agreed. They were busy and didn’t have the rotors so they said it would take some time. I asked them and they said about 45 minutes for them to finish. That was at 10:20. I waited and waited. An hour passed. I went to the guy doing the rotors and brake pad change, K****n, and he was still working on my rotors. Another hour passed and he finally finished, he said he was taking it for a test drive to ensure everything was working. When he got back he said there was a knocking noise and said it could be either my suspension going bad or my engine mounts are breaking. I had never heard the noise before but once I got my car back it was bad. Every time I hit a bump or pressed my brakes it would make a loud knocking noise. I decided to look at my brakes to ensure it wasn’t something wrong with those, and I found that a bolt was loose from my brake calipers. I had been driving with a loose caliper on one of my front tires!! This is textbook negligence. When I went to the Manager and discuss this with him he said he remembered me and knew who worked on it and was upset with him for taking so long. He said I would get word from him or the GM about making it right. I didn’t hear anything for a few weeks so I called again and the manager said a card would be sent to me valid for additional services at any jiffy lube. I have yet to receive it. This is not the service I expect from a business claiming excellence. Negligent and Irresponsible is more like it. I do not advise servicing your vehicle here.

Be prepared to get the upsell sales pitch when going into any Jiffy Lube. Aside from that, the service is usually pretty good.

Was driving by and they were holding a sign that said next car oil change for $24.99. Came time for checkout and was quoted $60.... asked about the $24.99 sign and was told "that price is only for smaller cars that don't take as much oil, I don't even know why we have that sign since it's not accurate". He then said he can take a little off and that's all he could do. SI ended up paying 38. 13 dollars is not the end of the world but when there's multiple prices being thrown around with rather odd responses... I am not believing the list off things he tried to sell me on even if they are true.! UPDATE: I have now sent 3 emails since they responded asking for an email with info.... nothing in response.

These guys squeezed me in two minutes before closing when I was in a pickle. I couldn’t be more appreciative of their kindness to stay a little past 7 to help me out. They were courteous throughout. The customer area was clean and stocked. Plus the tv was on something interesting. Thanks again!

I went over for an emissions test so pretty simple procedure. Unfortunately I had to wait for probably 20-30 minutes to get in which was a bummer but it didn't seem like it was necessarily their fault... The car in front of me just was having something done that took longer. It was my first ever time at a jiffy Lube and it wasn't terrible. I can see the appeal but I think I'd still rather go somewhere else for most of my car work. The man in charge when I was here was great. Very nice and knowledgeable and was sorry I had to wait so long. So this location was good. The service I had was good the staff was nice but my personal preference will be to go elsewhere.

I’ve had pretty good service at any jiffy lube but this one is amazing! They are so fast and always make sure to open all three doors (for me and my kids). They also came in and changed the tv to cartoons without me even asking. Today there were six cars there when I pulled up but I was still out in 30 minute. Love this location!

Absolutely amazing. We absolutely waited until the last minute.. Walmart wouldn’t take us at 5:00 because they were too busy. We got to Jiffy Lube at 5:30 and was out by 6! They vacuumed all the dog hair â€â™€ï¸ and made sure our car oil settings were reset! They helped switch our rear window wiper out and even opened my (passenger side) door for me!! Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had anywhere ever! Thank you guys so much!!
