I’ve had multiple poor experiences at this location.1.) Ashton, mislead me and said I was getting a “free” Apple Watch if I purchased the new Ultra. I specifically asked him if it was actually free and not locked in a contract. He confirmed it was and then after I gave it away. 16 days later (holidays) when my mom went to connect it surprise surprise Ashton lied and the watch is on a 36 month installment plan. He also lied about my bill only being $150 when it’s actually $3952.) I went back to complain and the new manager informed me that Ashton was removed from that store. The new manager was sassy. He told me he couldn’t take back the watch and basically had no solution.We started to set up a 3rd Apple Watch plan for my old watch and I asked him to not do that because I would just use the new one. He did it anyways and now I have 3 watch plans that I can’t cancel.

Jordyn and Chase were both a great help. Jordyn made sure everything was completed correctly and how I wanted my service to be done, and Chase also awnsered questions to help me clarify things, these people that assisted me are both a great reflection of the company. I will happily return to this store location if any trouble is to arise! Gold stars all around⭐️

Great & friendly staff . I got my new iPhone 14 from there . Shout out to staff member Ernesto . He’s the best ! He was very helpful , knowledgeable , easygoing, patient & kind. I’ve been with AT & T since 2007 and I don’t plan to go anywhere else !

Jordy was an amazing sales rep. She smiled and greeted us immediately and was happy to help! She was clear and precise with each item we purchased and made the experience fun! She asked us questions about ourselves and kept us entertained during the entire purchase! Jordy knew the answer to all our questions and handled us with care! Jordy is definitely the best rep we've had at AT&T and we will definitely use her again!!! Thanks Jordy!!

Terrible experience. I bought an iPhone 13 Pro 9 months ago from this store & I hate to say I was scammed. Optional Charges were added for insurance and upgrade fees without my knowledge to my monthly. I specifically asked if there’s any additional/ optional charges different from my previous bill and I was told no just a one time fee. I later found out I was being charged extra. Beware watch for the fine print in the bill break up. As an AT&T customer for more than nine years I’m disappointed.The customer service online was helpful and gave me a credit. But it’s something customers should watch for misinformation by instore staff. AT&T should watch for this too and avoid temporary gain but lose their standing.I would like to add after posting my review that my issue was resolved. Showing that they are trying to fix it and I appreciate that I did manage to get a credit for the charges that were added onto my bill via customer service. Thank you so I’ve added back to stars for that part of the service.

I don’t know about that person the peoples champ and who they dealt with but the store manager was AWSOME! I highly recommend going and dealing directly with him the guy is on top of his game! 12/10 the Draper store is one of the best.

Terrible customer service! I came in and there was only 1 rep helping, that’s fine. There were 2 other customers and the service rep literally helped NONE OF US. The store rep person he or she? (short hair so i couldn’t tell) told the customer they were helping to come back at 4, after 45 minutes of staring at a computer, the rep seemed like they didn’t know what they were doing. The rep didn’t acknowledge I or the other customer waiting to even tell us they’ll be with us shortly. NOTHING. The rep did tell the customer they were “helping” that they used to be a NURSE. That’s funny bc they have no customer service skills whatsoever lol The other customer ended up waking out it took so long, and i patiently wasted an hour to be told couldn’t be helped. all 3 customers in the store that day were all turned away due to this INEPT rep! DO BETTER AT&T!
