Well unfortunately this former wonderful shop has sold out to the corporate world and trying to pass itself off and the local owned shop. I gave them a 5 star in the past but after my last experience I will never go back. Wrong diagnosis then later when I did need a new alternator they tried to charge me an outrageous amount. A rebuilt one with a two year warranty was $75 more than a brand new best one at AutoZone with a lifetime warranty. And about $200 an hour for labor. Only reason it’s a 2 instead of a 1 is they had the same two people up front who are really nice and helpful.

When my car started having issues, they were able to quickly get my car in even though it was a holiday week . They were extremely fast and efficient at finding and fixing the issue.

Came in for emissions. Service was fast and easy. Front desk receptionist was super helpful and pleasant. Great experiance overall.

Very nice, took a truck in for a pre-purchase inspection and they even took the time to bring me back and physically show me some of their worries and explain things. Plus the electronic report and pricing was appreciated as well

These guys are a breath of fresh air. I’m always leery about using a new mechanic shop- this one was no different. I’d been having alot of trouble with my car- it actually died right as I pulled into their parking lot. They were totally understanding and they’d have it pushed into the bay. They were friendly and professional to deal with. They called me the next day with the results- simply a defective battery. They didn’t give some creative laundry list of things that needed to be done. Long story short- they fixed it. Runs great. Best part is- I had a hanging bumper- they attached it . Didn’t charge me or even tell me- I found it when I got home. Thanks guys- your definitely my shop!!Service: Auto battery replacement

Dennys auto in draper and Justin, were referred to me after getting some new suspension installed. They understand adjustable UCA and were able to make the appropriate adjustments quickly. I had excelent service. I was from out of State and was amazed at the great customer service that I received. Cody at the front desk took care of my needs and was so kind. I was traveling and my breaks went out. They had me back on the road in less than 3 hours.I'm so grateful that we found them.Great company to work with.

I took my car in because it had trouble starting, and the battery light was on. I brought it in, and claimed that I believed it was an issue with either the battery or the alternator. They replaced the batter, but the light turned on again within 24 hours. I called them to address my concern, and they didn't offer a follow up appointment to resolve the underlying issue. Three weeks later, my car broke down and it was revealed that it was the alternator all along and my new battery is now drained and at risk of replacement. Now I can't get someone to answer or return my calls to address a refund. Extremely frustrated with the band-aid solution that was offered considering now I don't have a car over the weekend and I work two jobs. They identified the problem with my old battery, but failed to seek out what was causing it. Im unable to recommend their services unless they can resolve their mistake.
