Worst customer service ever! We were the only ones in the store and he kept answering the phone instead of helping us with new phone lines. I want a manager to reach out to me. He complained that his manager doesn't want to do his job and that's why he has to answer the phone calls and talked to them for 6-7 minutes per phone call he answered! Absolutely unprofessional and unreasonable!!

I went to get an upgrade on Jump on Demand the guy told me the can't do it when I know they can, then I visited a corporate store and they did it no questions asked. Never visit a franchise store!

Terrible service. Called and asked if they carried a specific phone. I was told that they do. I asked the price and was quoted a price. Told them that I will be right in to pick it up. Show up and they begin to tell me that they don't have any in stock and argue with me that I didn't specify that I needed it right away. I have been to this store a few times and is the same garage every time.

Manager lied to me about my device's trade-in eligibility. Felt like he wanted me out the door so he could go back to what he was doing. Went to the Midvale store and completed my trade in 5 minutes.

Worst store EVER. The manager can't seem bothered to help anybody and is extremely unhelpful. Wish zero stars was a option. I'm with many others on this opinion. T-mobile needs to look into this store because it is failing miserably. Ceaser was also extremely unhelpful and should be fired. He has a short temper if you don't do what he wants you to do, or rather buy. He should go get hired at McDonald's.

Great customer service. We went in to buy a phone. We had lots of questions and were given great answers and the time we needed to make our decision. All plans, options, etc. were thoroughly discussed. We left with a great experience. I would recommend this location to anyone who needs T-Mobile assistance.

Consistently horrible, horrible service. Completely understaffed, and each staff memeber hates their jobs. Today I waited 45 minutes have 2 simple questions answered and instead, they helped an ignorant customer that walked in 10 minutes before and ignored me. Inam terminating my 15 year relationship (via Voicestream) with T-Maybe today.

Terrible customer service! Went in to get my wife's new iPhone activated. We were told we could have just done it over the phone and they were thoroughly annoyed that we came in. They had a traffic counter in the entrance of the store that counted the amount people that came through the door; we were asked us to stay off the carpet and away from the door so they wouldn't "loose money". My wife's parents were on their way to the store since he was the primary account holder, and the guy at the store specifically asked us to tell her parents not to come to the store since they wouldn't be buying anything and they would be adding more traffic to the store. Go somewhere else folks, they are literally more worried about people not coming through their doors if their not buying something rather than providing decent customer service.

We went in to get new iPhones for the entire family and as what happened is the manager and staff stayed after hours to make sure that all of our pictures and all of our contacts were put properly onto all of our devices new phone great store I would recommend anybody to go in and get their new device this location

This store has the worst customer service of any T-Mobile store I've been to. Every employee has a can't-do attitude, and they excel at doing as little as humanly possible while still collecting a paycheck. Save yourself a long and fruitless wait and go to the T-Mobile store on 11400th South rather than this one.

Honestly I'm not a huge fan of most TMobile reps as I've almost always had horrible encounters with them but their prices keep me coming back. My husband and I came in to this TMobile for a quick upgrade. All I can say is this location is so wonderful! The store wasn't busy so all of the associates were helping us and giving their input which was different for each and they were not pushy at all. They were all charming and quirky. It was a blast to get set up again and I didn't feel guilty for spending money there! I was very pleased with the service here as well as how personable the associates were.

We just got new iphone 6s for our kids and were so excited to take them in to get sim cards so we could switch over the old phones. The second we walk into this store and told the store manager what we were needing she immediately started being negative about our purchase. She kept questioning where we bought it, that they may not work, or who are we to know whether they were tmobile phones or even new or not, and even about the price we paid her response was ouch. We went from feeling great to feeling like we were the stupidest people on the planet. Our excitement was gone. I have looked all over for a number to contact her boss and didn't think calling the store would help because she is the store manager there. Amber Ryan has the worst customer service that I can even think of having to deal with. And I would absolutely hate for her to treat more customers this way.
