I can tell why this store has a 3.3 rating. The moment I walked in which was about 4:35 PM I was told by a woman we close im 5 minutes. She then seemed to be severely annoyed at any question I asked her so I just walked out and decided to come back to another Verizon store where they are willing to work with me instead of being annoyed that I am here a 1/2 hour before they close.closing in 5 minutes.

Ramon, the manager is really great. Unlike most males, he is fantastic at multi-tasking. He was following up with others in the queue and kept all transactions moving smoothly. And I'm not even a Verizon customer! I paid ~$30 bucks for them to transfer data from my old Samsung S8 to my new phone, a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. And they synched my Samsung Smart Watch 6. Cheap at twice the price. I'm 69 and don't set up and transfer phones very often. It was worth the money and I found it very entertaining as well. Thank you, Ramon!

We came in today to get new service plans for my brother-in-law and his fiance. Jacqueline was so helpful. She did a great job getting us what we wanted!

The worst. My phone was off for 2 days because they needed it up also told me the phone I was getting was free with my upgrade now on the line with customer support because I’m getting charged 27 per month. Btw spent 5 hours in the store. Not exaggerating

This is the absolute worst Verizon store I’ve ever been to. I walked in to purchase a brand new phone and upgrade my line. Jackie, the employee helping, me told me to buy it online and do an in-store pick up because she’s too busy to help me. I tried doing it online and was locked out. She then sat down to help me and I told her I needed everything transferred from my old phone to this new phone. She explained to me that she was too busy to help me do that and that I would have to do that on my own. She acted too busy to be bothered by anybody and couldn’t help anybody resolve their problem from start to finish without telling them to do it themselves. She did this same thing with three other people that walked in. Because of her, and her alone, I have moved my business lines and employee lines to AT&T.

We went to get a new phone for my husband who broke his samsung galaxy S21 Ultra and we were helped by Jacob, who was very knowledgeable and helpful. We were very impressed and highly recommend Verizon. They also have internet and it's a white box and it works and the speed of the internet is fast. I highly recommend Verizon to friends and family.

Jacob here was such a huge help today, he helped me get the most discounts and was extremely speedy and knowledgeable. This location can be slow at times but if you have your app ready, check in with the QR code right when you enter and then browse for what you need while waiting, you will have an excellent experience. HIGHLY recommend Jacob at this location, he got my bill down $35 EVEN with adding a new device! Also 2 other employees helped me look for a phone case while Jacob was grabbing my things in the back. On top of that, the manager Ramon helped as well and he was so kind.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with Verizon's Black Friday deals, compounded by the fact that I spent an exhausting total of six hours in their store. The deals on offer were far from satisfactory. The first option was to upgrade my iPhone 12 Max Pro, which has a noticeable crack on the top left of the screen, to a new iPhone 15 Max Pro. This required trading in my current phone and upgrading to the Unlimited Ultimate plan, with no line change. The second deal involved keeping my less-than-impressive Samsung Galaxy A03, getting a 50% discount on the remaining $150 balance, and adding a new Samsung Galaxy S23 SE on a new line with the same plan. They also offered a protection plan free for two billing periods, then at $60 per month thereafter.My request to trade in the Samsung Galaxy A03 for a new iPhone 15 Max Pro with a new line was flatly denied. Neither of the proposed deals seemed worthwhile, especially considering the minimal improvements between the iPhone 12 and 15 Max Pro models. Moreover, the prospect of paying a $50 restocking fee to return the iPhone 15 Max Pro felt like adding insult to injury.The overall experience was deeply disappointing. Spending six long hours in the store, only to be presented with inflexible and unappealing options, was a real test of patience. It's disheartening that a company as well-known as Verizon would offer such lackluster deals on a major shopping day like Black Friday. This ordeal has left me seriously considering waiting until next year's Black Friday, hoping for better deals in what might be a more competitive retail environment. The time and effort invested in this experience were not only unproductive but also added unnecessary stress and inconvenience.

I normally like Verizon. I have questions about my purchases from this store, but there is apparently no way to contact this store directly. I even got an 801 number from Verizon but it just kicks you back into the main Verizon “call assistant”. It would be a very simple quick question, easy to answer… Does not seam like a good way to run a store front. A lot of people still want to talk with the people/storefront that normally help you.If this is going to be the normal way Verizon does business then we might just have to take our 9 lines that we’ve had with them for 22 plus years and internet service somewhere else.

I have bought dozens of phones from this store in the past 10+ years. Never a bad experience. This time I had lots of issues with 1 new device. Colton and Ramon had it fixed in minutes. Then proceeded to find more deals for my service and on new devices. I almost feel like I robbed the store I left with so many new devices and accessories for very little cost. Very happy with this team!

Recently switched to Verizon, so far the cell phone service has been good. However, upon receiving our first few bills, we found that the employees at this location were very misleading about several things. The charges per line are different from what they told us. Home internet speeds are significantly lower than they told us (the speeds they advertised to us are not even available in our area). And we’re being charged for a device that they told us would be free. We’ve taken the time to understand the discrepancies in the bill, but I’m disappointed that the kind, helpful employees in this store were so dishonest and misleading to us about what to expect.
