Don't stop by this store. This one is an indirect seller for Verizon. Go to the down the street a bit. I had to visit 5 times because my phone line got mixed up and a couple of the staff didn't know what to do about it. Were underprepared and couldn't help much. If you end up going, talk to Nate. Overall, was a terrible experience for me.

This is NOT an ACTUAL Verizon store, this is an Authorized Retailer, which means they just sell for Verizon which doesn’t sound bad in theory but they have to jump through a bunch of hoops that a Direct Verizon Store wouldn’t have to, they returned my phones to Verizon before I could pick them up, added the payment plan to my Verizon account, couldn’t figure out how to take the payment off of my account even though I hadn’t received the phones I was paying for and after an hour of dealing with a rude kid, I was told I had to go to “an actual Verizon store”…

Called Verizon for a new iPhone. Got an appointment and drove to the store. When I showed the door was locked (6:40pm) store hours on door said 9-7pm close m-sat. The other sign on the door said go to another version store “out to lunch” I called the number on the door where they eventually assured me my appointment would still be on time and they highly recommend I stay and wait. (Supposedly from the manager) I waited 25 minutes with a crying baby in the car. At 7:05 (even after getting a checked in text for my appointment) nobody ever showed up to unlock the doors so we just left and will never return. Such a garbage unprofessional store. Sad for whoever owns this indecent business that he has such lazy or whatever employees. He’s losing business from it.Chris

Giselle at first we thought was very good but now we are finding out we were lied to by going to the Verizon Corporate store. She took my phone and said she'd call me on Monday giving me another 100 credit to our account and this never happened. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!

Fantastic service from Austin at the Draper Verizon store. It feels great to know I’m valued as a customer and treated with respect by a real person and no bs. I love my new phone and I feel good about making the switch from another provider who no longer cares for their people. It’s sad and I am a loyal person but I couldn’t do it any longer. I’m delighted with my choice and I look forward to being with a mobile provider who is leaping to the front of the pack again because of their people skills and smart plans. Bye bye old school business model helllo Verizon!

It was a great experience to visit the store and leave with new phones (2). We had many questions and they were answered with respect and knowledgeable information (unlike other stores) we would gladly recommend this store to others - thanks again guys sorry to not have your individual names- 12/26/22 last customer of the night

Hannia at the Draper location is by far the best customer service rep I have ever dealt with. She was very knowledgeable, kind, and personable.
