What a waste of time and such horrible service! My husband walks in while I’m waiting in the car and comes out livid! He was the only customer and the service agent is busy in the computer. Another guy walks in waiting patiently and she told my husband one second. A third guy walks in and now both people are waiting while she totally helps the third guy. You just lost a $1500 sale.

Cricket stores hire nothing but Spanish speaking people and I don't understand Spanish so I think I'm gonna find a provider that provides English speaking customer service

Horrible service shannon was extremely disrespectful and rude I had specificity asked her a question I speak fluent English and she completely ignored me this is very unacceptable and really disappointing

It's gone down on service alot. Went in yesterday guy charged wrong things to my account and couldnt even switch another guy's phone carrier over then went to tell the customer it was his fault but I don't think he knew what he was doing. Kinda disappointed with the service at this location
