I spoke with Michele at the Highland branch. I was unable to find a couple of transactions on my account. She spent some time helping me. We didn’t find everything I needed. She searched some more after I left and called me to let me know she had made some copies of some things she had found for me. I appreciate her work and diligence very much.

Horrible website. The employees try hard to be helpful but the corporate decisions of how this bank is run is horrible and makes it impossible to run a successful business.

I was having difficulty changing my password. It was an issue beyond the normal problem. Bobbie at the Highland branch worked on it for almost an hour, calling various people and trying different resolutions until the problem was solved. This was the second time I had tried to get help and Bobbie stuck with me until the very unusual problem was resolved: she was patient, kind and. Calm throughout the frustrating situation: . it’s people like Bobbie who keep me banking at Alta Bank.

Very kind, and helpful when my card was used for fraud charges, worked swiftly to freeze my account and hot my card so the dmaage couldnt get worse, then immediately had me come in to solve the issue which was immediately resolved.

My deposits are different then most, everytime I come in they get them done with no problem. All staff are amazing and friendly.
