They are great at this discount tire location! They are very helpful and very friendly. I would highly recommend for getting tires. I needed a flat repaired that was not even on one of their tires and they did it for free! I've bought tires here and they were fixed and repaired in Houston Texas!

I've been pretty loyal to Discount Tire. Got discounts on my tires (imagine that) and they put them on well. Explained everything to me. Checked my low pressure and aired the tires up in the snow and I never had to get out of my vehicle.

I brought my car in to get my winter tires put on Wednesday. Thursday as I was double checking the torque on all the lugs I noticed one of my metal valve stem caps was missing (that I know was there when I dropped the car off) and replaced with a plastic one.I called the shop to see if it turned up and it hadn’t. Which I understand, small parts go missing and are hard to find on a shop floor sometimes. I asked them to replace it because it was a fairly expensive set of caps that I had just bought ($25 shipped for them).Instead of making things right the manager implied that I wasn’t an actual customer since I didn’t buy my tires from them (but I just spent $100?) and there was nothing he could do. Also implied I was lying about how much they cost. I would love to have my $100 back too since it wasn’t enough to be considered a real customer.

Had a flat and limped in. Told me they’d get my tires done that night despite being incredibly busy. Got a call at 8pm (2 hours after they close) to come pick up my truck. Top notch service.

It was a crazy day before a storm... I purchased my tires and they told me my vehicle would be ready for pickup between 7 & 8pm. They really went above and beyond not just for me, but many others too! Thank you!

I am horrified at the manager Berkins behavior. I made an appointment for new tires and when dropping off the car confirmed it would be ready in an hour. It’s now been 1.5hrs and they haven’t even pulled it into the bay yet so I asked for a discount and he said “no”. I said my time is being wasted this is a terrible experience as I am now late to an appointment and I will ask my credit card company for a refund then and he told me to get off the property or he was calling the police. I didn’t leave a single thing out from that interaction. I was absolutely shocked to be threatened like this over being upset the appointment time wasn’t honored. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!

Fantastic service. I called about winter tires and was able to review some options over the phone, place an order, and book an appointment in a matter of minutes. My first appointment was quick, and even though a lug nut fell off on my drive home, they promptly replaced it that same day.My best experience was 3 weeks later when I somehow got a screw stuck in those brand new tires… I called late on a Saturday and asked if they could help, the Store Manager Berke Parkinson said sure and to come by as soon as I could. They squeezed me in right as the place was closing and patched my tire for free while being very kind and compassionate about my bad luck. I don’t know the name of the tire pro who worked on my tire, but Berke provided great customer service and I’ll be back next time I need anything related to tires.

Great location! I recently purchased tires from a different Discount Tires in town and they left the old balance weights on. One flew off as I drove on the interstate, so I took it in to this location (closer to my home), they found out my balance weights were all off by 1-2 oz and another weight was missing. I am glad I took it in to them because they corrected the issue that the other store missed somehow.
