Great Experience! I was worried because of the bad reviews. I went in without an appointment on a Friday morning. Automated check in was easy. Staff was friendly. I was in and out in 15 minutes! No complaints whatsoever!

I was in and out in 8 minutes. Very fast service today. I had an appointment at 9:15am. I forgot to print my requisition paper but Fermin was able to pull it up in his system for me. Katja drew my blood. Smoothest and quickest Labcorp experience I’ve had.

Wait time wasn't bad with an appointment. Suzanne checked me in at the Front Desk and was my phlebotomist. She was kind, caring, and gentle! Overall great experience. Thanks Suzanne!!

I'm 6.5 months pregnant and had an appointment at 1:00pm to do a gestational diabetes screening. After going up multiple times to check on the status of my appointment/wait time, at 3:00 they tell me they can't see me today because the glucose screening takes too long (2 hours) and they close at 5:00. They said it's best to do glucose tests first thing in the morning when they're less busy -- essentially implying it's MY fault I chose an afternoon appointment. So rude and if that was the case then it shouldn't be an option on the website to have an appointment at that time. They were sooo unorganized and if they just saw me at 1:00 when my appointment was, it wouldn't have been an issue with getting my lab work done before they closed. So I wasted an entire afternoon, taking off work and driving 25 mins there, just to have to come back AGAIN the next day "in the morning" in the hopes I can actually get the lab work I needed and that I don't waste another day.

Showed up 20 minutes early and walked in instead of waiting in my car, thank god I did. The women at the desk proceeded to tell me I needed to go print my order because they didn’t have internet, the pdf on my phone wasn’t good enough. I left to go print my order, very frustrated. When I returned she told me my name had been called multiple times as if she herself didn’t just send me away to print my order. Now I am sitting here an hour after my appointment in a waiting room with 25 other people. This place blows.

Had my lab work done in May, signed a form giving permission to charge my card if what the insurance didn’t cover was less than $100. I get a past due bill in July, I called customer service and the gal said not to worry about it. Now, mid October, I get a collection notice. Called customer service to speak with a very curt Sandra. Please train your people on how to process issues and how to be courteous. Also, at the time of service in the lab, they didn’t do the blood test that was most needed. It was on the list from the doctor, I’ve asked to make sure it was done and it wasn’t, for the second time, different location.

I had an appointment to get blood work done at 12:30. I got there at 12:20 and waited patiently to be called. I finally got up at 1:15 to ask when I'd be called and was told it would probably be about another 30 min. I asked the front desk person if it matter that I had an appointment and he said that there were walk ins that came before me and they needed to be seen. I understand that, but why offer appointments if they're not going to honor them?

2 hours walk in wait. From 12:14 to 2:15pm for a drug test. Front desk never called me and forgot me and another gentleman. They said their computer has been down since open. How hard is it to miss a name on a piece of paper ? This is the longest I have ever had to wait in life to pee in a cup and I had to say I can't hold anymore to get attention. Summary is please avoid at all cost.

Online check in does not work. Arrived 15 minutes before appointment, checked in, waited forever, and then decided to go in because I didn’t get a text. The lady at the counter explained that their online check in is broken. Had to put my name on a sheet of paper, where everyone else’s full name was written as well, so definitely a HIPAA violation. After another 15 minutes of waiting, they then informed me that because I was not paying through an insurance, they could not do my blood tests, as their system was down, and they could not get card or cash payment. I asked why they could not contact me prior about this, since I’ve had the appointment for a few weeks now. She said « our system is down, until you showed up I did not even know you had an appointment, I can’t see anyone’s appointment. We have been working off of a hot spot we don’t have wifi» so this company is storing patients medical information on an unsecured network, has no way of contacting customers prior to their appointment, does not honor appointments time, and write people’s full name on a sheet sitting at the counter, for everyone to see. Additionally the workers in the back were loud and unprofessional. What a joke. I had to drive back home without my blood tests done as they did not offer any solutions.

The wait in car option didn’t work. Button was grayed out once on the webpage. Then neither kiosk checkins were working. Had an appointment at 1230pm arrived at 1224pm to signin. At 118pm finally got called to checkin. Had been a dozen people checked in ahead of me. Were more than a dozen people waiting for lab work. Am on company time as is business purpose. I allowed 30min. Is likely much longer. Two people left already cancelled their appointments. Finally got in lab at 205pm. Would have gotten in 15min earlier but phlebotomist called my first name someone else jumped up took my turn. The phlebotomist didn’t bother to check last name. Fortunately the intake desk caught the error for paperwork. Should have just asked the line jumper to have a seat. About par for this operation. Seems should allow 1.5 hours to get seen after appointment. Or play it safe 2 hours.

Online check in does NOT work, same with text message, their own check in kiosk machine does not work. They have NO internet. They can’t even access their own email or check your order online. Lots of people here waiting, even though everyone is supposed to be scheduled. Be prepared to spend an extra hour or two here.If you can, STAY AWAY from this location or even better, stay away from lab corp.

This place is literally the worst. Their "system has been down" for at least one month. They won't let you show a downloaded order from a doctor for a lab on your phone. You have to have a physical paper copy like its 2001. The staff are rude and it is just unbelievable and unacceptable to me that this is allegedly a medical facility associated with St. Marks hospital and is an utter disaster. Go literally anywhere else.

Worst office experience. Signed in at 12:14 and not checked in still at 2:11pm. Drug test supposedly ends at 2pm. The place is hard to find, a literal paper sign outside of the small office. Oh they phone machines don't mention their operation hours.

I would advise anyone to find another lab. This one is in the hospital so it is convenient but I would not make a special trip here. We went on 10/6/2023. My son was fasting for his test. When we arrived we were never told the wait would be long, let alone exceedingly long. In fact I watched as people arrived and no one was ever told the wait would be OVER 2 hours. They hadn't had internet in 3 weeks so people with appointments were treated like walk ins. Lab orders were difficult to find. They had to enter and re-enter all your information multiple times. After more than two hours of waiting I was told that if I was paying out of pocket they couldn't help me. AFTER waiting two hours they tell me this. The entire time customers also had no internet access and couldn't make phone calls. No reading materal. So we all just stared at each other for 2 hours and 25 minutes. I almost would have felt sorry for the 4 employees except none of them bothered to make any announcemnts, put any signage on the door about the backlog and internet issues or do anything at all to help with the problem. I am amazed that a corporation such as LabCorp doesn't have a backup plan for 3 weeks? They dont' have employee training for these situations? This was not a one day problem and they employees just seemed like they didn't care at all. I felt so bad for my fasting son and the elderly people and those who took time off work. There are so many other labs in Salt Lake City so I would just steer clear of this one and of LabCorp in general. They do not respect your time.

Omg, Labcorp’s billing practices are indecipherable at first and then negligent and then abusive after that. Avoid this provider to avoid hidden bills and a hit to your credit. Their own staff couldn’t find the info in their system but their kiosk could. Then they still couldn’t explain the nature of a separate $7.77 bill for the same date of service as an existing bill. Fairly sure their charge master just needed to pad his quarterly billing numbers. So sad our precious healthcare resources are still wasted in this way, but not at all surprising. I’m not the only one here who’s frustrated. Their fingerprint machine is down so people have to drive across the city to the only other location. If the business I worked for had this kind of accountability, we’d be out of business in weeks if not sooner. Crazy stuff we’re willing to accept.
