A friend of mine (least likely to join a pink gym) introduced me to Pink Iron in February of this year (2020). I too am not a gym rat and prefer exercising outdoors, but have lost a lot of core and arm strength focusing too much on cardio. These workouts are fun, engaging, diverse, different every time, and provide balanced, whole-body strength and cardio training. I like how the circuits and exercises are different every time and change so often, I never get bored. Then, COVID-19 struck and we were all forced to workout over a Zoom call at home. The gym transitioned VERY well. Laura (charismatic owner and coach) kept us working out with a generous unlimited access policy to daily workouts, either to participate live or with the recorded version whenever we wanted. Not having the gym props, we just used our bodies and occasionally small dumbbells if we had them. I have grown to absolutely LOVE working out at home, in view of the bird feeders and with my goofy dog to keep me company. Both Laura and Catie are wonderfully motivating and delightfully encouraging, while offering challenging workouts.I can't say enough positive things about this gym, the coaches, the style of workout, and the way they have made it fun to get strong again. I look forward to every class.

I've been meaning to get a tour of this place, it's all classes of all types, from yoga to weight lifting. It's only for women, so that it's a warmer and friendlier space to do different work outs. It seems to focus on self improvement and strength rather than competition. I believe that o ce you've joined, that the first 2 weeks are free?? Unsure. Do you feel like quitting your own gym membership because it's really uncomfortable and hard to get motivated to go? Or so says the sign and online, and me haha. It looks fun, but unfortunately it's closed temporarily. .. Oh and apparently everything is pink..✌️ P. S. I gave it 3 stars, because it's great idea, cool classes, and looked clean from the window haha. So 3 stars for sounding good ☺

My wife and I went in a bit scared. We are bigger and we want to feel better. Laura was amazing. We never felt judged or bad about ourselves. She made sure she told everyone how great they were doing. She was encouraging and at one point I wondered if we were at a life coach. Great workout and she wanted everyone to do what they could and keep moving. Highly recommend for all levels!

This is an amazing gym! The workouts are different every single day. I've been going here for awhile and I've never done the same workout twice. The workouts are challenging and do push your limits, but the coaches are great at getting you motivated and help you through the whole time. The community here is strong and uplifting. I appreciate working out with strong women of all different fitness levels trying to reach their personal goals and encouraging each other to do the same. I love Pink Iron!!

I absolutely love this gym! I was always intimidated by working out in most gyms, feeling like I didn't fit in and didn't know what I was doing, but I've never felt that at Pink Iron. Rather, I've felt supported by the strong women that I get to learn from and take the classes with! All the instructors help out to make sure that you're form is correct and motivating you to push yourself. Absolutely love this gym and all that work here! My mentality about working out has completely changed - never thought I would be so excited to exercise. Definitely recommend this spot!

My mom and I went to Pink Iron for 6 months leading up to our trip to climb Mt. Kilimanjaro, and I can say with absolute certainty that the training we received successfully got our butts to the top! The circuits will push you, but are totally manageable and you'll leave feeling proud of yourself EVERY. TIME. Kat was one of our FAVORITE instructors because she made class fun and she gave great recommendations for stretching and what we needed to do after our class to recover. Would highly recommend!

Your first thought here would be to leave a review of how amazing the workout is- but it’s so much more than that. These workouts kick your butt in the best way. New timing patterns, new moves and always challenging you to be your personal best. More than that it is a place for women to come together and support the hell out of each other. Such an amazing community to be a part of. I highly recommend giving it a try!! It can be hard and intimidating to try a new gym- but this one is different. Welcome from the minute you walk in.

Wow! What a great workout! I do so much better in group fitness classes & this was killer! We did circuit trainings, while being taught/motivated by the owner, Laura. My favorite part about the whole building is that it's PINK! They even have hair ties at the front desk if you have forgotten them (brilliant!) we left the class feeling sweaty & strong!! Thanks guys!!! They have a great deal 2 weeks for $29 dollars, just to get you started. Each day is working on a different part of the body, so I would love to try it all!

Easily one of the better group workouts I've ever participated in! Laura is a baller beast who creates some solid sweat sessions, and I walked away feeling incredibly exhausted but incredibly happy too. It feels good to be pushed to new limits on new equipment and fun circuits. My poor face looked like a beet got sunburned and then painted itself red, but whatever yolo everyone sweats. The equipment is nice and challenges you--if you get a chance to hop on the self powered treadmill, be prepared to look like a cartoon character. I consider myself to be athletic enough to pick up on new things, but my feet kept getting away from me on those suckers! Nonetheless, it made my sprints, dare I say... more entertaining. Even though the building is tiny and quaint, there was still plenty of room for you to sweat and still not brush up against your neighbor. And the back door into a secluded parking lot makes it that much easier to run out if you feel the need to vomit during rest breaks. There is plenty of water and fans to hopefully counteract that though. Everything was fantastic, and if you want to get a great workout in, check this place out because not only is it dope sick but you'll feel like a pretty, pink bad A after completing one of Laura's workouts. What I loved the very most was Laura has a background in pre med, so she understands how the body works and how to protect it. She constantly gave good feedback on how to challenge us or how to adapt our workout so we didn't hurt ourselves. I find that extremely impressive and always hold a person in higher regards if they actually know their stuff! Props to her and everyone else who made this night great! TIPS & TRICKS: * First workout is free, so go in and see if this is right for you! They totally win you over though, so be prepared to ask "where do I sign?" while you catch your breath. * Forgot a hair tie? Don't stress, there are plenty at the front desk up for grabs! Take a mint, too. * Cubbies are there as well if you want to leave your belongings in the main hall instead of carrying it around the exercise room. They're not locked, but I would go as far to say that most people here are honest and shouldn't swipe your car keys. * Some swag is located in the very front for purchase, if anything catches your eye. * Go do your thang, gurl!!

Holy crap that was an AMAZING workout. Kicked my butt and challenged every inch of my body. The space is small but inviting. Small reception area and a curtain that separates the front from the actual workout space (so no one can stare at you from outside). Once you sign in and your class starts you go through the curtain and the instructor will welcome you and explain how the circuits will work. I have never done a circuit style training class before so I was nervous and excited. Laura (instructor and I think owner) did an amazing job explaining each station, how the clock works, and just motivated us all. She was spectacular memorizing everyone's names too. So cool she took the time to do a name association to remember us so she could cheer us on individually as we went through the circuit. This was called YOHO (you only have one) chance to do all the stations since it's an intro class. The workout focused on upper body with pushups, plank moves, weights and TRX, but it also hit the whole body with cardio, core, and legs. I may not be able to lift my arms tomorrow, but I feel like a badass for getting through that. Had a great time with my fellow Yelpers and everyone did such an awesome job. I loved how supportive and non-judgmental the atmosphere was. I don't have gym membership for that reason and so I loved having a safe and non-competitive environment to workout and sweat!! I will definitely be coming back even if it's nowhere near home for me. Totally worth the drive. The receptionist was also fantastic and welcoming. Just a great experience all around. I highly recommend!!!
