Horrible and very slow customer service at this branch. Expect to wait 30 minutes even if they only have one customer and 5 employees working. Now I drive further to a different branch just to save time.

Zions bank is the worst bank you can ever bank with, poor training of staff and lack of professionalism. 1. I once went into the branch to deposit cash, after numerous of hours I had not seen the money in my account. I went back into the branch and was informed that someone had "forgotten" to deposit the amount into my account and was left sitting on the counter. 2. I've requested new debt cards multiple times and their team continues to ship my cards to the wrong address not only once but on 5 different accounts. They are the absolute worst and do not train their staff whatsoever. Please do not bank with Zions.

If poor customer service were a bank, it would be Zion's bank. I went in to exchange money for a trip to Europe. I had called the head and let them know I was coming. When I got there, not only could they not transfer money, but they made me go outside to a drive up ATM to get cash to exchange and for the privilege of having them exchange money. For terrible service and almost getting random by a car, they charged me a $10 fee for not being a part of their bank and they wonder why they don't have more customers. The great lesson for me is it only cost me $10 to know that I will never bank with zions?

I've been banking here for years, and never had a real problem. Sure, it can be slow at times, it's a busy bank after all, and especially with the staffing shortages ever since Covid started, but I've never had an issue here. The staff has always treated me well, and has solved the very few small issues I've had with respectful professionalism. As long as you go in expecting it to be a bit slow, you'll never be disappointed. In fact, you'll be pleasantly surprised when they're able to help you quickly. Only reason this review isn't 5 stars is the relatively frequently slow service I mentioned.

Poor customer service they ignored me when I was waiting in line I understand they need time to reset stuff but when you have two people at desk and one of them don't acknowledge you that just rude. I guess they forgot who keep them in business!!!

Went here to open an account for son. The Assistant Branch Manager (Alida) said it will be a little bit and to go wait in the lobby. Waited 45 minutes when she came back and said it's going to be a while and asked if we would schedule an appointment to come back. I told her I would open an account online and she took my phone number and said she would call and schedule a time for us to come in and sign paperwork and provide documentation.Never got a call back from her. Opened an account for son with another institution online. It didn't require birth certificate and SS Card like Zions said. It was easy and fast. And the interest rate was 10 times better.I was disappointed that the Branch Manager sat in her office and didn't come out to help her staff. I noticed 4 others leave the teller line while waiting as the tellers were struggling with an exchange transaction.Lost a new account today. This branch needs to up its game.

Lot's of 1 and 5 star reviews as of Dec. 2020I only go here occasionally, but for a variety of reasons.Like all bank companies, and like many branches of Zions, they seem to be juggling the cost of labor with revenue. So, sometimes they are a bit short staffed, or maybe other customers are a bit long winded.I felt they attended to my needs in a timely manner, and they answered all my questions. They've always been polite and professional with me. s

Crappy location or crappy company all together. I went in to this branch to have a check cashed & to then have them issue a Cashier's check for me. I didn't have a personal account their, but my company does have a business account there. ( I showed the tellers my Zions Bank Visa) They then went back & forth amongst each other for about 5 minutes all to come back & tell me they couldn't help me. Seems like a simple task to cash a check & cut a Cashier's check back, but apparently it is complicated. I won't return here again, a waste of time, they didn't even offer to charge me a fee for the Cashier's check. Super frustrating & a waste of my time.

I needed a cashier's check and came here to get one because it is so close to my house. I waited in line so long that everyone behind me gave up and left (the branch manager and a banker were both available and did not come and help, by the way). When it was finally my turn, the teller did not acknowledge the wait or apologize for it. When I told her I needed a cashier's check, she said you're only able to get one if you have a membership there. And again, no apology, and no suggestions for other solutions ("_____ down the street does money orders; we can open an account for you and get you temporary checks asap; etc etc). Why only offer cashier checks to members? That is so pointless. That is not a service that should require an account. Yeah, I'm not a member- so charge me a fee for it. Make some money. Then I get what I came for and you make a profit off me. It's not smart to turn away business like that. Also while I was waiting in line, I overheard the customer in the drive through say that she needed to make a withdrawal. The teller said "I'm going to send you a withdrawal form. You filled out a deposit form." Are you kidding me? Is this 1980? I have accounts at 3 different banks and none of them even have deposit slips available. You TELL them what you need, and they enter the transaction into a COMPUTER. There is no need for a piece of paper. This place is a joke. Some of your policies are unnecessary and outdated, Zions Bank. Get with the times or you're gonna get left behind. And your customer service needs a lot of work. Thanks for wasting my time today.

Incredible how some managers are really not qualified for their position. I have never had any issue at Zions bank in Lehi, Riverton and Draper location with dealing my double name (SSN and ID). Here it is taking a long time because they are not prepared to do their job. The manager here is HORRIBLE!!!!

I haven't had good experiences at this place since Waruni left. She was so helpful, courteous, and willing to go above and beyond to make things work for me. Every time I go in here, I feel like Trevor is out to get me. He does everyone he can to question my validity, and never talks to me like he values what I have to say. Ilene is the definition of worthless. She, just like Trevor never has the willingness to work with me. Working with her is counter productive. The branch manager just sits in his office all day and eats potatoe chips and philly cheese steak sandwiches. This guy seriously doesn't do anything. If there is a back up in the que, he won't step in and be a teller. If I need help with a personal banking issue, he won't sit behind the computer and work with me. Because Ilene decided to take a 2 hour lunch. Today, I was in the front of the line, and I was told that they couldn't help me for 20 minutes because there were so many other people in the store that would get upset. I was FLOORED. why is it that those people are important, but I am not. And I am the one that has been waiting in line? By the way this was the 3rd time we had come in to get this taken care of and we were turned away. There is no sense of customer service at this branch, and I will never be returning. They lost a customer. I will drive to Murray to see Waruni, or to Millcreek to see Sharif. I hate this branch. It sucks.

Terrible customer service. I always have to wait excessively long whether I am in the drive thru or lobby. Simple transactions seem to baffle them.
