They were great. You can find a synthetic oil change for less than $70 anymore. They were quick, professional and informed of another issue that I need to take care of. I will certainly be going back to them again.

Steve’s did it again!! Always awesome customer service! Again they went above and beyond. Their supplier sent incomplete parts and instead of just waiting for them to arrive at the normal pace Steve’s had them overnighted so the job could be completed in a very timely matter. Anywhere else would’ve just had me wait the 2 weeks for shipping. Not only that, they took the time to get to know me from previous visits and when I asked for a quote on some things they didn’t just quote the cheapest or standard parts. They knew me enough to already know why I would ask for. They knew exactly how I use my truck and what I would need to achieve my desired outcome. 10 out 5 stars those guys in the shop and at the desk are awesome at what they do and are genuine people as well!

Took the time to explain the work I needed done and also the priority. Helped me decide what we needed to do now and what could wait a few more months. Overall really great service. Got my car fixed quickly and I’m very happy with the results! Would definitely recommend and will be using them again.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Air conditioner just stopped working and I felt like something else might be wrong. Went in fearing a thousand dollar charge BUT they did FREE YES FREE diagnostics and assured me the car itself was good. Then they found the problem and fixed it in under an hour. That was amazing then they didn't charge me for the part because they had a used one that would work with my old car. So out the door total was FREE!! I'll be back when the next thing goes wrong with that old car! Thanks guy's you made my month!

Daughter’s engine light went on traveling to USU for her freshman year. Every Fathers nightmare!!! VW place in Logan said they could get her an apt in 2 weeks with 200$ diagnostic fee. We drove to Steve’s because Marriot hotel clerk Jackie suggested it. They took us right in. They called us 2 hrs later and said light was minor concern with diesel filter. 40$ charge!!! These guys are the bomb. The told my daughter to call anytime. They told me they would watch out for her. Every father’s prayer!!! So rare to find a repair place that was honest, clean waiting area and they don’t talk down to women! I will travel to bring my cars here. Thank you!!!
