Management is hard to deal with. Location is good, Park apartments is just as close and newer.

This place acts high end and pretends to have standards but overall it’s a show and the place is overpriced and a dump. Gym is dirty and stinks. Pool was always dirty. Hallways and elevators always smell like garbage. Management is full of themselves and has no customer service. If you are okay with low living standards and want to park unregistered broke down vehicles then this is your place.

Sadly I would never recommend anyone to live here. We lived here for about two years when we wanted to terminate are lease due to buying a home/water leaking into our apartment constantly (we were worried about potential mold and we had a new baby). It was such a hassle to terminate our lease early. They made us pay 3 months past turning in our keys. (So we paid 1800 for no access to the apartment). I’ve never been treated so inhumanly in my life. We paid our final payments and now a year later, they are trying to get more money out of us.

Beautiful place to live the office ladies are amazing really nice the pool is really fun all in all 10/10 apartments plus there pretty cheap for what you get

When I first moved here this place was pretty nice. Management gave you the impression that they were working to make this a good place to live. But in the last several Months, this place has been severely neglected. The attempt to upgrade the grounds failed miserably. The work was poorly done and left unfinished. The lawns were let to dry out and nearly die. Now there are big dead areas. Many trees and plants are dying and dried up. The hallways and entryways don’t smell clean like they used to. They only have a few people doing the cleaning and are cutting their hours. To compensate they installed allergy inducing automatic air freshener sprayers in the hallways. The pool is in serious need of resurfacing. After being in the pool the kids come out with raw sore feet. There is always overflowing trash cans in the pool area. Their only saving grace is the Maintenance personnel. Whenever I have to submit a work order for a repair, it is handled the same day or the next and ALWAYS to my satisfaction.

The new management is so nice and very helpful! I love that the building is very secure and you need a key fob to access the building. The parking garage is a huge plus too, it’s nice not getting into a hot car in the summer. When I put in Maintenance requests they always get back to me day of. I recommend this place for anyone with pets too, the dog park is spacious for your fur baby.

Shady shady shady.I lived there for 2 years and they really lie and tack on fees for anything they can. I also asked for a 2 bedroom apartment when I first moved in and was being charged the price of a 2 bedroom only to find out later that the second “bedroom” legally can’t be considered a bedroom because there isn’t a single window.They also wanted to charge my boyfriend $800 just to add him to our new lease that I was renewing and wasn’t told until a day before my old lease was up which resulted in us deciding to find a new place last minute because we couldn’t afford that on top of rent.I also asked for a walk through that I could be a part of when I moved out to ensure everything was done so I could get my deposit back and management told me that I would only be charged for our oven to be cleaned. We just got our deposit back (more than a month later) and only received about $100 of my deposit back and was charged for MANY ridiculous things like a cleaning fee after l scrubbed the whole place before I left and was told that everything looked good by management. Guess I should have seen that coming since they try to get you on anything even if they have to make it up.Management is terrible and shady.

Good night. For people looking for a location in Utah and are new to the State, this property is the right one. The building administration does the job in the best way, allowing the development of good coexistence in addition to complying with those necessary parameters such as attention to residents. I live in this building and I really like the privacy, silence and organization of the Leasing work team. I have no complaints about the maintenance team, I have presented several requests and they have always been resolved. The common areas provide family space and that helps the formation of my home. On the other hand, the property offers a very good location; We have the public service a few meters away, the hospital a few blocks away, a school less than a mile away, grocery stores less than two minutes away, the location is excellent. Thank you.

It was the best choice. The place is very calm, silent and respectful; I have no complaints about coexistence. The people who share the building fully comply with the coexistence manual and the rules are not omitted, this generates a good social environment and an adequate place to live. It is very healthy for the training of minor children, the restrictions on tobacco consumption and others allow for the generation of a healthy and adequate space. As for the administration team, I only have to thank you for the kindness with which my stay at the property has been provided, the maintenance team meets the requirements that I have made and informs about the activities that are carried out to improve the quality of life. The garbage collection service is carried out in the best and friendly way, it is punctual and helps to locate recyclable material. This property is a good choice. Thank you.

My daughter and her husband had awesome experience from move in to move out this year they bought a house but still reccomend this apartments to all there family. we loved the pool and hot tubs really miss that haha Impressive staff and other neighbors

Lived here for the last year. They went through 3 maintenance guys in that short time. They'd quit every couple of months and said management was too cheap to fix things the right way. Expect things to break and get an email saying sorry we are only fixing emergency issues due to staff issues. This included the pool, jacuzzi, and gym equipment that you are paying good money for. Sketchy people get off the train and we've seen the cops detaining people multiple times looking to break into cars in the parking lot so better get garage parking they charge extra for just like everything else the nickle a dime you on. The manager Mario refused to do the final walk through in person and took more than half our deposit, which I've seen from other reviews is pretty standard. He's also never in his office or available on the phone. I don't know what he does all day, but it's not his job. This used to be a great place to live, its really gone downhill. Save your hard earned money for a place that provides what they charge you for!
